East Midlands, Airport Parking & Hotels Ltd (APH)

Our experience of East Midlands Airport was very good because from the start it was easy to find and was not overcrowded.The checking in procedure was fairly straight forward as was the security procedures.The staff were all pleasant and well mannered which helped a great deal.

Paid £59.00 to park my vehicle in meet and greet parking. Firstl, the meet and greet is a chap that lifts the barrier and says "park over there mate" you have to park your vehicle yourself and walk to office to book vehicle in. No vehicle appraisal as stated on website. On our return we expected some one to meet us with our car and hand over the keys. No chance, we had to lugg our cases over to the car park office and hand in our ticket. When we eventually found our car 10 minutes later the car was covered in thick mud on wheels, tyres, wheel arches, front and rear bumpers, side skirts, exhausts, and all of the underside of vehicle, I had washed and leathered it the day before we left it looked like it had been driver around a field. Bonnet, roof and boot where covered in what looked like dirty leaf shaped marks and I mean COVERED. We went back to the site office and complained to member of staff who came back with us to our vehilce and said " it had been parked in a field under a tree". £59.00 to have your vehicle parked in a field under a tree. We have both taken photos of the vehicle and made a complaint. We are still waiting for someone to contact us after 4 days. Not what we paid for and not what the website indicates that you get. Will not be using this parking again. Will be leaving the car at home next time.

Very disappointing experience. Will be sending the airport chief exec an e-mail if we are not dealt with soon.

Great service and very good value for money. Easy online booking system and received confirmation. Regular buses to and from airport and friendly drivers.

Airport car park well priced, and the bus tranfer is a plessure to use with friendly bus staff willing to help.

would reccomend to anyone looking to use airport as easy to access and a plesure to get through airport.

Meet and Greet Car Parking at East Midlands Airport

Arrived at airport as per instructions and phoned 30 mins before estimated arrival time as instucted. had to phone 6 times. On arrival the roadway i was told to use was blocked and when i used the help button , i was asked repeatedly for a number i could not see on the form. I could not see it because it was 4Am and pitch black. Eventually got in and was met by a friendly member of staff who apologised and was helpful.

On return from holiday my car was not there as promised, and i was informed that it was my fault because i was back early. My flight was actually 30 mins late!!!!!! Then when my car eventually arrived i was given the keys and no directions to where it was, or any help with luggage as promised. In hindsight i would not use this service again as it is much easier to use the shuttle bus from other cheaper car parks.

I think the meet and greet is a total waste of money and totally lacks any sort of organisation or customer care. The attitude is that you have paid now so get stuffed.
