Firstly DriveFly Luton were 30 minutes late picking us up at 10.30pm on a Thursday so traffic wasn't an issue. Also strongly believe they used our car whilst we were away. Our dash cam had been unplugged and tampered with. Mileage when we left was 18 and 244 when we arrived. Will NEVER use them again. THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THEM! Always take pictures of mileage before and after as well as the condition of the car as proof.

Car bonnet scratched on return.

Would not accept liability. It might be cheap up front, but more expensive once you've repaired your car

Having used this service many times been good. But this last time carrying a sleeping toddler at 23.30 they advised they would take and took half hour to arrive not what you expect in a greet and meet service. It did not look as though they were busy as there were no cars or passengers present for Drivefly.This has not taken more than 10 mins before and by the time you reach the car park your car is arriving very very disappointed may now look to alternative who seemed to be delivering a much better service that night.

They returned my car with a damaged alloy. Paper work showed no damage to wheel when handing the car over, paper work showed damaged to the wheel on return. Liability of mistake admitted at the scene - when car returned and signed by driver acknowledging error.

I emailed the paper work in with pictures - office declined to repair my car under T+C 4.4 - Basically they have the freedom to smash your car up. Under 4.4 of there T+C's they cannot be held responsible.

So now i'm going to make a small claim and if I win - I will then forward this to trading standards and get it changed.

Excellent service. Car was picked up the moment we arrived at Heathrow. The driver went and got us a trolley which he paid for and helped us to load it. Coming back they arrived within 10 minutes of us phoning and everything with the car was exactly as we left it. Overall a good price and great service. We are going again in the Summer and we will definitely use them again. Price was really competitive too so great service and a very satisfied customer. I would recommend to all of my friends to use them.
