Clark Kent Parking Ltd. Unprofessional, Avoid
AVOID, The most unprofessional company we’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with!!!!
Product Purchased: 6days Meet and Greet Parking from Heathrow Terminal 5
Date Purchased: 10th July 2013
We booked Clark Kent Parking Ltd. via their website. We received the confirmation email from them with the full instructions on where to go and the number to contact them on 15mins before arrival.
At 6:00 we call them from the M4 motorway to say we were about 15mins away. The first number would not connect. The second number connected after numerous attempts. On the end of the phone was a man who had obviously been woken up by our call, he was rude and abrupt. We gave he our registration number and booking reference and were surprised when he state that they won’t fulfil the booking…. We asked why they hadn’t contacted us as parking was booked 3 weeks before travel. He wouldn’t answer, we asked if the confirmation email actually means anything?? He was rude and told us to basically go away as it wasn’t his problem, he then hung up.
Although cheap you do get what you pay for, fortunately another company was able to help us out at short notice. We have since emailed Clark Kent Parking Ltd. But as expected have not received any response from them let alone an apology.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
I left my car with Clark Kent parking whilst on a business trip to the states at the end of January. I have used meet and greet services before as I love the convenience - however this time my car was returned to me completely undriveable with a total puncture to the rear tyre!
The driver told me it was bit dangerous and swerving around all over the place and that I should get it serviced!! Then I pointed out the tyre to him - so he phoned his boss in the office.
I was told on the phone that I should get it fixed and send the invoice.
At this point the driver seemed frustrated at the delay and said "Sorry mate - I've got to pick up another car" and with that he was gone - leaving me to change the tyre on my own in the drop off area outside terminal four!
I got the tyre fixed as instructed and emailed the invoice, only to be informed by reply that the Terms and Conditions exclude tyres - so no payment.
My car has a GPS tracker so I then checked the tracking data. Their website says their car park is within the perimeter of Heathrow Airport - I can assure you it is not - They actually took the car on a 15 mile roundtrip.
Please, if you want convenience or you value your vehicle DON'T use Clark Kent Parking.
