Never Again!!!!
Used BAP before years ago and always fine. But travelled in May and what a nightmare BAP parking was. Firstly we couldn't find the place, it has moved. You can't ring them as you only get a recorded message. Then once we arrived 40 mins late and we told them we were late for our flight and they couldn't care less and made us wait another 10 mins for a driver who was sitting in the office. Having to put up with a very rude driver who dropped us so far away from a flight departure entry so we missed our flight by 10 mins! Had to pay for another flight and wait for 5hrs in the airport to leave. Love to make BAP pay for the extra expenses. Never again.
Also forgot to mention, you have to park your own car in rows and rows of other cars with very little signage of row numbers so finding it when coming back is a nightmare. Then the bom gates to get out wouldn't work so was suck there till one of there workers came over laughing at us and it wasn't until we expressed our displeasure that they got the office to open the gates. Never again, they are cheap and nasty!!

Rude And Sarcastic Driver
We have used BAP many times along with others in Brisbane. Always happy with the online booking process and ease of parking etc. But........................... never again will we use this company because of the disgusting way a driver treated us last night 4th June 2017. He was rude and very sarcastic. We are frequent travellers and because of this one employee we will never recommend or use BAP. Such a shame that because of this one employee we will never return.
He did not wear a name tag so we do not know his name, he is balding with ginger beard. Our flight arrived around 9.00pm.
You are a service industry and to have a man like this on your payroll is a disgrace.
I work in HR and if one of my employees treated customers in this manner he would be out the door.
Not Honest
I was promised one rate, got two SMS messages, (the second woke me at 1245) confirming that was the rate but the bill was for a higher rate. When I phoned to query this I was first told that didn't happen then was flatly refused any adjustment to the promised rate..
Having read other reviews I am now a little anxious about how safe my vehicle will be for the week I'm away, and I certainly won't be using them again
The Owner Is A Bully
This company is disgusting. I was sitting a table away from the owner of BAP yesterday having lunch. He was with 2 friends chatting, I heard everything he said and that laughed about, bad mouthing other companies, using customers. He is steeling other parking company names and using it to get you to park with them, evan if the customer has pre paid elsewhere. There staff are disgusting and are abusive towards customers! Oh and trust me your car will be damaged after parking there, and they will not cover it. But he didnt seem to care for the idustrie he is in or the customers. he is a money hungry person that will not care for anyone but himself and his son that also works there. Be aware that they have nothing to do with portside parking either! Thank god as they are the best! I always park with portside parking and the things the owner of BAP was saying about there staff was wrong. Im suprised this guy had friends to rant to on how awsome he thinks he is and his horrible company. But i tell you what. Portside parking have the best customer service, they will listern to any enquiry (literally) and always look after you and your car. No doubt about it. GOODLUCK BAP! Absolute filth you are as a hole company, espesially the owner, you should be greatful for the company and I would be carefull of what/who you talk bad about as you never know who can hear you.
Damaged Cars Not Repaired
Same issue as some of the above. BAP damaged my car. They admitted liability and gave me a receipt for the damage. On my next visit I was instructed to leave the receipt in the car and they would fix it while I was away. I came back - damage still there, receipt gone and a string of denials. It's a ploy used by BAP and at least other brisbane operator. Admit it at the time, say you'll fix it next time and then later deny it - and afterwards, too long has gone by to prove that the damage on the vehicle was caused by them - what is now weeks ago. And in fact they can say you just brought the vehicle in damaged (i.e. the second time when they were to repair it) and that you are lying. Too hard to prove that it was damage from a previous visit.
I am away a lot and I accept that cars do get damaged - especially when you are away as much as me. But I expect them to be honest. My car has been damaged 3 times over the last 8 years in airport carparks and the only honest one was Andrews - who did fix it promptly - as they said they would.
BAP did the same to me. They are fine till something goes wrong. Car was damaged whilst parked there, promised to fix it several times then they ignore all contact and hope you will give up chasing them because it is too hard. Tell your friends to avoid this business like the plague. The manager cannot be trusted, tells you what you want to hear then tries to ignore all future correspondence, dodgy at best. Read reviews on other sites. Common theme that cannot be ignored.

Bap Filthy Car
We left our car just four days and came back to a car covered in something like concrete dust which had with the rain become concrete. We had to get special cleaning.Do not even bother!
Not To Be Trusted
If you pay for under cover parking don't expect you will get it. Recently, stored our spotless clean car with BAP for 6 days. On return the car's exterior was covered in dust and rain marks. Counter staff confirmed that cars paid for under cover parking was within the shed. Filed a complaint and advised the manager would ring next day. He was not available at the time of picking up the car (4.00pm). My point to be made is if I pay for under cover parking I expect it to stored under cover and not exposed to the elements. Do not trust BAP as others have experienced. The manager must be gutless to not to ring and discuss customer complaints.
Damage To Vehicle While Parked At Bap
If you value your car, do not park it here unless you are prepared to repair any damage to your vehicle from your own pocket.
I recently parked my brand new car at BAP and when I arrived back to collect the vehicle, there was a scratch on the front right hand guard. I immediately advised the attendant who said that they would get the manager to call me (they came out and looked at the vehicle). After several more calls and eventually speaking with the manager, I was advised that as it was a new car, he advised me to get a quote near where I live (I live 2 hours north of Brisbane). I provided a copy of the quotation to BAP and spoke to the manager who advised that he would reimburse me the cost of the repairs so that I could make arrangements to get it fixed.
Since then, I have called BAP on many occasions and asked to speak to the manager and he is conveniently never available and never returns my calls. I have also sent emails, which have not been answered.
It is extremely disappointing that their customer service is so poor, particularly when my vehicle has spent 2 out of every 3 weeks parked at this business for the past 18 months.

Still Waiting For A Call
Had no problem with booking undercover on line and the service to be dropped off at the port of brisbane was great. Picking up our car was not so great. We waited for over 1/2 an hour to be picked up albeit with apologies. Our car was parked outside the premises halfway down the service road. Our cleaned just prior to dropping it off car now had leaves sitting in the windscreen well and was dirty (undercover?). Our cb aerial was snapped. We promptly told them and they came out to see and we were told the manager would call us. This was on a Saturday. On Tuesday we rang to find out what was going on and were told the manager would still call us. A week later we are still waiting and judging by previous reviews we should not hold our breath. This made it an expensive park. Wish I had read the reviews before parking there and hope I save someone from making the same mistake.
Dont Park At Bap!
Terrible service and most importantly terrible treatment of my vehicle! 1 night and it comes out covered in DUST, DIRT, BIRD POO and god knows what! IT WAS DETAILED A FEW DAYS BEFORE :( Not to mention the inside WOW who ever moved it had shoes COVERED IN MUD WHICH COVERED MY PEDALS, FLOOR, DOOR JAM AND THE DOOR ITSELF IN MUD AND MUDDY FOOTPRINTS! oh and no they don return emails, calls, NOTHING! When do get them on the phone no MANAGER is available and they hang up on you! DISGUSTED!!!!
