Birmingham, Purple Parking

A very disappointing experience where on both inbound and outbound journeys my partner and I upon telephoning Purple Parking were advised that there was no record on file that we had booked a Meet & Greet.

Extremely disappointing that on our return after a 9 hour flight there was no car to be seen and that no apology was offered at the telephone - only that paperwork hadn't been sent on between Purple Parking and APH. This despite us advising the gentleman that collected our car pre the outbound journey that we had booked and paid for the Meet and Greet service and confirming date of our return. We then had to wait almost half an hour for our car to be delivered.

Upon expressing our disappointment with the service received and that fact that we had not received the service we had paid for by e-mail on the 14th September and receiving a response later that day that the e-mail had been forwarded to the customer relations team we are yet to hear anything.

I will not be using Purple Parking again.

We paid p/parking for tow weeks.in September but due to family situation needed to change dates , bringing departure forward by four day's plus return by four day's. No change in number of day's you can't do that it is not possible no changes or return of any money the attitude stinks,we were told perhaps on day is o k Not four days hence we made other arrangements losing about £ 100 they have lost another good customer J w Malvern

Arrived, very pleasantly met, on coach and off within minutes, back, made phone call, coach on way, off before many other of our friends at the Bus Stop, they all took our details and phone no. of Purple Parking as we had paid a few pounds less than all of them, very pleased, EXCELLENT, will always use in future. Nothing we didn't like at all. Thank You.

Used Purple Parking Meteor Meet & Greet three times now out of Birmingham and they are extremely reliable and punctual. They have always been there when I have arrived at Departures, and again on my return.
