Birmingham, Angloparks Meet & Greet

I used Angloparks for the first time. The service was great. The staff were great giving us directions on our way out. This is a lovely service for everyone. I duly recommend.

I have found Angloparks very courteous and very professional. My way out was very good and timely and so was my return.I ahve no problem recommending them to anyone. I think they are having competition issues at the Airport. They told me they have a temporary holding area they use before moving the cars to thier secure storage. The airport being competitors are finding very little thing to discredit them. They say prices have been cheap over the summer because of the competition they provide. I think we must not be woodwinked by those people throwing the dirt so that they control the market. Angloparks says they do not need a licence to operate but the airport wants 85% of thier fee to call them "licenced". They say if they were doing anything illegal they would have been stopped long ago. This is about competition. Angloparks provides good competition and a good service. Excellent infact.

Like most people used the Meet & Greet Service for the first time in June 2010 it was very convenient, I booked through Purple Parking who use a company at Birmingham Airport called Angloparks Meet & Greet the service was good and my car was checked over for damage at collection, then when my car was delivered back to me at the Airport in July 2010 I immediately noticed the damage to door & panels and bumper all badly dented and scratched, Angloparks told me to get estimate for repair and send it to them which I have done but they do not respond at all? I have since found out and have a letter from Birmingham Airport themselves that this company has no agreement or contract to operate from the Airport and are warning people they claim to use secure carpark when it is just wasteland - no wonder my car ws damaged. Their web site makes claims they are members of BPA they are not.

Having been delayed with the volcanic ash i arrived without notice expecting to pay 7 days extra and to wait a while for my car. My car was with me in 10 minutes and no extra charges levied. This is what I call caring for your customers. The service was excellent. I recommend thiscar park.

Angloparks Meet & Greet @ Birmingham Airport - I hadn't used such a service before so was a little hesitant after the bad practices that were exsposed on TV recently.Im glad I gave these guys a go, they were very pleasant, helpful and made things easier and cheaper for me. Before I had to hire a car to take me to the airport then another one to return me back from the airport, this service saved me money, time and u can't quatify the convenience it afforded me. I would not hesitate to recommend them anyone traveling from Birmingham.
