Extremely easy to book. Meet and great service was well organised with firm already at airport to meet us. Handover of paperwork and keys was swift. Return leg of the journey was just as efficient. Phone call to base and after a very small wait, to be expected, our car is delivered back to us. In summary very efficient and have used this company for the past five years. Would have no hesitation in using again or recommending to family, friends or enemies.

Not What It Used To Be!!
We booked Meet and Greet Parking on line as we have done many times before. When we arrived at the airport there was no-one to meet or greet us as there had been in the past. We had to call them to find out where they were. It now appears YOU have to take your car to them at their kiosk where they are waiting. When we got the car back there was coffee stains over the drivers seat which was not there when we dropped it off. It would be a better option to park in the car park opposite the terminal for much less cost. I will not be using them again. Very poor service.

I Like Many Others Got Stuck Abroad Due To The Vol
I like many others got stuck abroad due to the volcanic ash from Iceland, in April 2010. When I eventually returned to the UK I was delighted to be informed that BCP would not be charging me extra for the additional days car parking. This was far more than I expected from them.
Even without this I would recommend using them for parking. The parking site was easy to find, the service was quick and efficient and the transfer to the airport was very timely.

I guess this is probably A WARNING for all car parking in general and not specifically Meet & Greet but just wanted to highlight a problem I now have to deal with
Recently had my car booked in with BCP Meet & Greet at Stansted, whilst away on holiday, having used them many times before at various airports
On my return, my vehicle had been damaged, large scratch down one side and a number of smaller ones, reported at collection photos taken of the damage, claim forms completed etc
Cintra (who manage the car parking for BCP) having assessed the claim deny it is down to them, as no proof of when / how it happend despite the vehicle supposedly being secured with them whilst I was away
Can only provide me with their insurance details (AIG) if I wish to take it further
So I raise a claim with AIG and they themselves assess the claim and information available from Cintra
Not supprisingly they have now come back and can only agree with Cintra, (suprise suprise their client)
They quote that " as it appears damage was caused by an unknown party and not an employee of Cintra, they will not accept liability for damage caused"
So having believed that my vehicle was securely parked I am now left with a vehicle damaged and have to look to resolve this via my own insurance (probably hitting my no claims) or out of my own pocket
So beware when leaving your car parked, as it may not be as secure / safe as you imagine
I do indeed plan to take this further as it seems to easy a cop out to suggest it cant be confirmed when or how the damage took place
As I have said I have used them previously at many airports and many occassions without incident
However for the purpose of this review I am unable to rank them above 1 star as I am now left with a £40,000 vehicle and damages to pay out for
How could I possibly recomend them to a friend, when they dont consider themselves liable for any damage that may take place whilst the vehicle is supposedly in paid secure care with them
