Theft From Car While In Care Of Baa Advance Valet, Terminal 3 (no Forced Entry)

Although this seemed like a more expensive but convenient valet parking option at Terminal 3, NEVER AGAIN!

We left our car with around £55 of parking change in at BAA Advance valet parking kiosk, Heathrow Terminal 3 and were not asked whether there were any valuables to declare, neither did the form we were given to sign have any indication that we should declare these.

When we returned from holiday, we discovered the money was missing (no sign of forced entry), yet because the employees are denying theft (of course they would!) and because we have no confession or CCTV footage, BAA is refusing to:

Apologise for the loss, while the money and car were in their care

Offer any compensation or goodwill gesture

Allow us to take the matter further by shielding superiors names from us

This is terrible customer service and as a matter of principal, rather than monetary loss, is just wrong.

As a matter of principal, I feel it's important to let other people know about the appalling care, verging on negligence, so theydon't mKe the same mistake we did.
