Great service, efficient and polite. Very nice people! We had a bit of an unfortunate hiccup when our battery went flat and they managed to sort it out quickly and delivered the car with very little waiting. Unfortunately the battery went flat again, but then they remained and continued to help us, even-though they and a heavy work-load! We would have been in trouble, had we parked it in the long stay, and considerably out of pocket!

Easy drop off, quick access to airport, pleasant staff, great way to get off on holiday, then coming back to a car as clean as when it was new was a great pick up at the end of the holiday when post-holiday blues were about to kick in.

From the initial enquiry and online booking to the return of our car nothing but high praise.

Reasonable fee, excellent valet service,perfect timing on collection and return.

On arrival the car was fully inspected including photographs,detailed description taken with a carbon copy provided which included the mileage reading.

We paid for the top wash and brush up and the result was a highly polished car with immaculate interior.

Just a quick message to thank you for the service you provided us with at Gatwick. We departed on the 23rd April with no dramas. Service was prompt & courteous. On our return, on the 30th, the immigration IT system had gone down & we were over an hour late trying to get through immigration. You rang me to find out what was happening & told us to ring when we got through. I duly rang but hadn't realised we'd been diverted to the North terminal, not the South (I don't recall being told, though I was listening to all the announcements)Luckily you said that the tracker had us at the North & a quick chat with security confirmed this. No problem for you, it seems, & the car was there within 10 mins. I'm very grateful for that, as it was late, I was tired & I still had 100 miles to drive. I'm hopefully going out to France again in Sept & will certainly use you again. Many many thanks.

I cannot recommend Auto Car Park highly enough. We were left stranded at Gatwick, on the verge of missing our flight, because the parking company we had booked with had their phones switched off and failed to show up!! Luckily for us, Varun Sabapara, a director at Auto Car Park was there and he immediately found a parking space for us with his company. I have to admit we were a little anxious about leaving our car with someone we had never met before but he seemed very professional and the paperwork looked genuine. Because of his assistance, we checked in for our flight with only five minutes to spare! We had no reason to worry as he contacted us by email during our holiday and the car was delivered back, on time, when we returned nine days later.

Varun was helpful, polite and efficient and we'll always be grateful to him for stepping in when we had given up hope of catching our flight. His colleague, who was at the airport on our return, was also friendly and helpful. We'll definitely use Auto Car Park next time we fly from Gatwick and advise others to do the same.

Really fantastic service that was prompt and incredibly easy to use. Waiting time was just a few minutes and the guys are polite and more than happy to help. I'd highly recommend them.

We arrived at the short term carpark 20 mins late and we were still greated by a friendy member of staff. He conducted his check of the car in no time at all and off we went. Across the road from the departure lounge we couldn't of been any closer. On our return we were met by the same member of staff, our car was spotless, the £20 extra for a valet clean was worth every penny.

With the mileage increase of only 8 miles I was very happy that our car had not been used privately whilst we were away. If you take in the time of waiting for and catching buses to and fro the long stay car parks we reckon we saved at least an hour in total. This makes a big difference on returning home because before it seemed all 400 passengers from our flight were waiting for the same bus/car park. This review reads as if I am a relative of the owner, I can assure you reader I am not! Furthermore, I shall definately be using Auto Car Park next time we are away on holiday.

Always someone at the end of the phone to help. Representative waiting at the collection point to take car away. Car returned to us at stated time. Car in same condition as we left it, no dents or scratches, unlike other parking lots we have used. Car delivered to airport so no hanging around waiting for buses. Very polite and pleasant representative. Nothing that we didn't like about the service, it was all so very easy. We will certainly use this company again when we fly from Gatwick.
