I pre paid and reserved an off airport parking space at auto boutique 3975 NW 25th St Miami, FL on 11/17/10 for 11 days starting 11/24/10 thru accessparking.com. When my wife and I arrived at the parking facility at 930pm on the 24th to park the facility was locked up. I called the number and talked to a gentleman that informed me twice that there was no parking available. I reminded him that I had a reservation and had pre paid for my parking space guaranteeing me a open parking space for my vehicle. The gentleman informed that I would not be able to park at the facility forcing me to find alternative parking. Our flight was scheduled to leave at 1155pm giving me no choice other then to park at the airport long term parking. Upon arriving back from my trip I stopped off at the office of auto boutique to talk to a supervisor and and ask for reimbursement of $100 (the difference between what I would have paid auto boutique if they had honored my reservation and what I had to pay for airport long term parking. I got the run around for a few days with promises of my calls being returned which never were. On 12/13/10 I was informed that auto boutique would not be reimbursing me the $100 in extra parking charges. I've filed a complaint with the BBB but I suggest avoiding this off airport parking facility/exotic car rental company whether you deal with them directly are thru a reservation website.
