Used this Meet &Greet service at Gatwick last month. On return found the car returned with substantial damage to the rear bumper and boot lid. The man delivering took photos and gave the impression that it would dealt with. To make sure phoned and emailed them with details and more photos. Got one reply apologising and saying it would be investigated and responded to within 15 working days. Their website claims they and their professional drivers are insured and that the customer comes first etctetc. In the following 5 weeks had no response to any emails or phone calls. In the end gave up and passed it over to my insurance who said that they had a lot of airport car park damage claims. These people also operate under the name Secure Airport Car Parking.

They are one of the many outfits who operate at Gatwick using the top floors of the car parks to collect and deliver . Only the Approved Meet and Greet operators have an area in the carparks to collect and deliver and have ParkMark and Trading Standards accreditation. Whilst this is no absolute guarantee it is better than the nothing that the other  outfits have. It is fairly well known that some of them just park them in the street somewhere or in a field if you are lucky. There is no way of knowing what they do with your car . They may be using them or even hiring them out for all you know.
