I left my car at Alpha Airport Car Storage, Brisbane for 42 days while travelling to England. After a long flight home, I with several other parties attempted to ring for a pick up. I was on the line for 39 minutes at a cost of over $26 on my mobile while being told that a consultant would answer in a minute. Did not happen! Eventually we spotted one of their vans who had dropped off other clients and managed to get back to their depot. You do not need to wait for almost an hour to retrieve your car after a long overnight flight. I let them know I was unhappy but didn't even get an apology. Don't use this company. I noticed they have opened at Gold Coast now. They park the cars in a muddy paddock without 24hr watch.
