Awful Service And Slow

Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Booked through purple parking, which was smooth and all instructons were sent through fine.

Noticed, time had not been sent through, sent an email to get them update the booking, was told it was all done by Aardvark parking.

On driving to the airport, we called the number 20 minutes before we were to arrive at the terminal. Was first informed they had no booking for me and couldnt find the reference number, after a wait of 5 minutes as he tired to find it. he informed me i had booked incorrectly and they had expected me at 12pm even though he said they had received my email of the actual times!

The man was rude and told us that they would now have to send someone out to pick up the car as I would of expected and never apologised for their system being incorrect.

On arrival at the terminal, we waited 25 / 35 minutes before anyone turned up, which left us quite anxious as we were starting to worry about checking in and getting through security.

When the guy finally arrived, there was no apology again, he whipped round the car, abruptly handed paperwork to me to sign and then grunted something about not calling them until we had come through security on our return otherwise they wouldnt start the returns process.

On returning, i rang them and their call centre asked twice to ensure i was through security, informed i was both times. The car took another 25 minutes to turn back up.

Overall, i would not recommend them, they are rude, late and have poor service. They may be cheap but it doesnt mean they can be so poor.

We Booked A Weeks Parking At Gatwick With Meteor/a

We booked a weeks parking at Gatwick with Meteor/Aardvark Meet and Greet (through the Aardvark Meet and Greet website). On the way to the airport at 6am our rear tyre blew-out. We had to leave the car and get to Gatwick by taxi so that we didn't miss the flight.

Meteor/Aardvark refused to refund any of what we had paid. We were very disappointed with their attitute and approach to customer service.

I would certainly NOT use this company again, especially with the winter weather in London which can change plans last minute. BUYER BEWARE!
