The Booking Was Easy Enough, Finding The Place Imp
The booking was easy enough, finding the place impossible!!! I nearly missed my flight after spending more than 30 min looking for the parking lot. It is poorly signposted, nobody in the area seems to know about it, nobody answers the phone number provided when I was stuck and the website(essential travel UK) through which I made the booking had no clue about the actual parking area. I ended up parking on the airport long stay park and spent an extra 120 Pounds (on top of the fee I paid to parking lot in advance and lost as a result of "no show")!!! The customer service after I reported my problems has been hopeless to say the least. Won't recommend this parking lot to my worst enemy. STAY WELL AWAY
