After paying only £500 for a week for 2 people in Portugal we weren't sure what to expect from Topazio - and what a pleasant surprise!

The hotel entrance was immaculate, room spotless and very modern and staff couldn't have been more helpful! Swimming pool area very clean and never any problem getting a sun lounger (it is quite small however so this may cause a problem if travelling in the summer and at busier times!). Very close to the nearby 'Strip' and around 30mins walk to the Old Town.

The only downside was the quality of the breakfast...it was available from 8am-10am but, due to us being on holiday, we preferred not to be up for breakfast at 8am!!! Visiting the restaurant anytime later meant that the breakfast was cold with very limited selection. We only tried this twice then afterwards had breakfast elsewhere!!!!

This was the only downside, if you can call it that!

Value for money was exceptional and we would definately consider a stay at the Topazio if we return to Portugal in the future!
