Sent inferior quality item back with a negative letter and further postage costs as requested. Never received anything back and upon enquiring, titan claim my parcel never arrived at the address they gave me. I rather suspect that they took exception to my comments in the letter of complaint and decided they would deny the package arrived back with them. I would not trust this company ever again.loss to me personally £10. When I put this to them they simply threatened me with solicitors. Draw your own conclusions. My advice - don't buy from titan. Trading also as Titantex. Their customer care is zero and the product I purchased was inferior compared with products that other fishing tackle manufacturers are producing, at better prices aswell - in my opinion, which is based on my personal experience in dealing with Titantex/Titan.
