Lureflash Wellington Boot Bag

I bought a Lureflash Wellington bag in December 2012 and the zip broke on the very first use....cheap white metal type zips. I sent it back for comments and evaluation and received a lethargic uninterested response. The quality of the Wellington bag was extremely poor but the Customer Service response and the response of a Director was even poorer if that is possible. My advice is to stay away from this supplier of cheap low quality products. After many emails and a telephone call I decided to give up on Lureflash and told them to keep the bag in February 2013. I will do my very best to ensure that I and my friends stay away from Lureflash in future....I hope you do the same.
