WCS Cargo

This was our first experience in shipping a machine to the US from China. It did not start out well thinking we could handle it on our own. It started with the request of an ISF form at the last minute...very stressful...until I found the person I dealt with at WCS who took the bull by its horns and got the ball rolling. He was very helpful in getting us the information we needed and answering all our questions. He continued to help with contacting all parties involved and staying on top of every aspect of this process. So many pieces! His knowledge and guidance turned a stressful situation into a calm and at ease process :) I would highly recommend him in the future and know that we will definitely be reaching out to him again and plan to have many pieces of equipment shipped to the US and out of the US. Importing and exporting will be a huge piece of our business and it is nice to know we are not alone with dealing with customs, paperwork and ports in both outside our country and in it. Thank you to the person I dealt with for this experience and I look forward to many adventures coming up! :)
