I purchased an X10 last July after owning a 2006 model Yamaha R6. Being that I owned big sports bikes all my life I've always been cynical about scooter ownership. The fact that I was knocked off my R6 and smashed my left ankle left me no option but a large scooter. I was pleasantly surprised by the torque, especially off the lights. Hi
I have had an X10 for a similar amount of time and agree it's great - I too have owned some big bikes (several BMW R1200s, a K1200GT, Honda CB1300 etc) and find the X10 more fun - although I would love a little more power - wish they sold the 50o in the UK.
However I completely disagree about the mirrors - I think they are some of the best bike mirrors I've used!
