The person I dealt with was very helpful and got a great discount on the price of my new battery and ignition switch. Very happy with the parts and would recommend anytime.

Purchased a Rhino 250 in July assembled and it wont start. Contacted Mega Motor Madness back in July to help troubleshoot they sent me possible parts that could be the issue. After changing all the part over the next 2 months it still won't start. Spoke with a guy several times he was going to talk to the owner and told me they deemed it a lemon and they will exchange it. An hour later they contacted me via email and stated as per the return policy it was only the 1st 5 days and I would need to ship it back at my expense and they possibly could waive the restocking fee of 25-30%. Tried contacting the two guys I dealt with again and got an email stating I would need to contact them via email only and they refused to talk to me!! As a business owner how could you possibly not stand by your product your selling and as the owner how can you not contact the customer directly and not answer their emails but instead hide behind the scenes. What a disgrace!!!! I am a reasonable person and now I have a $1700 unit that is a big paper weight.

Carter tried to fix a PayPal issue. It was a little too big. He tried though. I have bought Chinese. You save money by doing the work. Buy hot and cold thread lock and prevent things falling off. Put real oil in before driving. Put in real fuel lines. Use some cables ties on wires so they stop shaking around. CVT belts need to be Gates real soon. Only big tool to buy is AC operated impact driver from harbor freight. 49 bucks. You can then change belts in ten minutes and every nut on your car! Just saying. Spend extra two grand on Japanese machine if above made no sense.

So first the quads I bought didn't come with the gloves or dvds I was supposed to recieve also two quads did not have key fobs never received them I called said they would send gloves small I receive them all 3 pairs are large and fit my wife so now i call they say all they have is large so gloves won't fit my kids still no dvds and last you have to have a mechanic change oil before you start the quad so it cost me 350 extra for three quads to b assembled and oil changed. I would tell someone go to another dealer and buy name brand such as Polaris or any other cause this place is total bs and only after your money for profit not for customer satisfaction

We bought the wife a 2013 150cc Ice-bear trike; it arrived 90% assembled, as ordered, then I struggled somehwhat preparing to make it street ready. After about 15 street miles the problems began. First problem was that the right-side fender started to burn the plastic from rubbing against the exhaust: I had to cut-away part of the fender to give clearance from the hot exhaust pipe. Okay, that worked out and megamotors did send me a new fender which I stored a spare part. Then the exhaust became loud like a no muffler vehicle. I said we gonna ignore this problem, then it was time for winter storage in a weather protected shed. Next spring the stupid machine would not run. I bought a new battery ($98) cause the warranty expired, put in a new spark plug, drained the gas tank, etc. and basically drove myself nuts before I finally had the thing towed to a motorcycle shop and spent about $400.in repairs. Had to order an exhaust-pipe gasket & hardware--the original had vibrated loose and fallen-off before it was even broken-in. The reason it would not run is due to no throttle choke to the carb. The mechanic showed me how to make a cold-start by manipulating the hand throttle with the key-off. Then start the engine, no throttle. Eventually it would then run by itself. BECAUSE OF NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE, these cycles are definetly "BUYER BEWARE".....Now that it's running I want to sell but the wife says, "no way, it's cute & fun to ride".

Made the mistake of ordering 2 atvs for my childrens birthday through here. Still questioning whether this is a company that actually exists or if I'm going to need to get my credit card company involved. Ordered allowing extra time as per their own websites description of 3 days regularly or 5 day processing (during the "busy" season) and 8 days for shipping. Currently on day 15 of "processing" which only moved forward after I finally got a hold of them which is nearly impossible I might add. I've worked retail, I understand that things happen, but the sheer number of excuses I've received from this company when my items haven't even shipped yet is breathtaking. My favorite current excuse outside of the website and phone breaking immediately after I placed my order, along with everyone quitting, is that my processing is going to take at least 4 more days minimum because this person had to and I quote "drive to the bank" I figured most of the negative reviews were just people with ridiculous expectations being unreasonable, boy was I wrong. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe what I am. Only positive of all of this extra time is using it to review this site on every other website I can find so no one else makes as stupid of a mistake as I have...

This item arrived in a damaged package on June 1, 2015 at 3:25 in Marietta Ohio. The truck driver showed us the damage before taking the item off the truck. The box was torn through and the actual scooter was dented, chipped and scratched. I was advised by the the truck driver that I did not have to accept the item in the damaged condition. The damage was witness by a third person, Tim Holbert who was there to help me put the scooter together. Due to the obvious damage to the scooter we refused to accept the item. The cardboard box the item was shipped in was rather flimsy - unlike a cardboard package used for appliances. Anyway, I immediately called the customer service number at 3:32 pm and left a long detailed message. After receiving no return phone call I called again at 3:45. Sadly he was very unsympathetic to the situation. He told me he was going to email me a form to fill out - which to this time ( 5:41 est) I still have yet to receive. I further explained to him that I received a call on May 27th from a (-) number stating the item was going to be delivered that afternoon. Later when I called that number back, after never receiving a deliver confirmation time, the trucking company said they could not deliver the scooter that they were transferring it to another company. They only provided their phone number. The phone number for that company was (-). The new trucking company told me on May 27th and May 28th they didn't have my package. I of course had to make those phone calls. On May 29th when I called them they stated they had the package but could not deliver it until June 1st. It is interesting to note on the packing slip somebody dated it that I received the item on 5/27/2015. So in summary, I paid for product, I received to what amounted to three days of run around to its location and then when it did arrive, it arrived damaged in a damaged package. Since then I have received very little support to what I am suppose to do or expect next. This was to be my wife's birthday present for this weekend. I understand mistake, but this has been a complete lack of interest or commitment to fix this problem. AVOID!!!!!!

Too Make it short, I've bought 3, 2 of the 3 were defective, Under warranty they will send parts 3 out 3 times there were different parts. If you pay to have them complete the bike, Does not do anything for you, it will be a Waste! Very disappointed. I agree with all the negative comments posted, Go some where else.

Buying from them was a complete waste of money. I could have burnt the cash and have had more enjoyment. The atv doesn't even work, nor will they stand behind they product. I was straight away referred to a second party repair shop for a product that didn't even work in the first place. They actually want me to spend more money to fix their mistake

Not happy at all. Got motorcycle in box. Built it myself (the parts that needed to be built) but gas tank lock was broken upon receipt. I would have to take the whole seat apart myself to fix. i called and spoke to a guy who did try to be helpful, send a video that I didn't understand and when I called to complain that they should handle something that was broken they told me that I accepted the fact that I would have to fix defects if there were any. They would pay for parts but I had to get it fixed. Ended up having to pay $150 for a local shop to come pick it up and fix it. They had given me the name of their local dealer but after three tries at contacting them with never a call back I gave up. Better to pay a few extra dollars and buy locally so you don't have a problem.

I through I was being smart by checking out all competitors online, but I DIDN'T check history or look for anything like Better Business Bureau. Huge, nuclear mistake!!! I bought from Megamotormadness. I paid up front. A few days my new moped arrived and instantaneously it wad damaged. The hand brakes were damaged and nobody in their right mind would ride anything without brakes. SIX MONTHS LATER BEFORE THEY GOT HERE!!!!! I complained, telling them to simply take the needed parts from there "warehouse", but they said they wouldn't and couldn't do that & I'd have to deal with it. Six weeks later, I went insanely upset, going off on them almost daily & they blew me off daily. After waiting for SIX MONTHS, I finally got the parts. But wait; it got even worse. EIGHT MONTHS TO GET MY TITLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! THESE PEOPLE DON'T CARE AT ALL!!!!!!! Please don't get stuck like I did. Do your research first, then do it some more, or your gonna regret it bigtime. MEGAMOTOR ARE MEGAMORONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We purchased a new 250cc Quad in April and within the first week of having it realized that the "kill switch" had to be disconnected or the unit would not run. We emailed the following day requesting a replacement switch be sent and received no response. A few days later we called regarding the title and asked about the email and the replacement switch. The call was directed to parts and the employee said he had it marked to order. A couple weeks passed and we called again to parts to be told it was not ordered, but they would do so that day. Another week went by and the same thing happened except we were told to check in two days when they heard from their vendor for the switch. We called again and were told that the switch was finally shipped. Now, two weeks later, several calls later and parts is always at lunch. I emailed again requesting status and was told the item was now back ordered. They blamed the mis-information on a change in employees. Each time we contact them about this small replacement part we just get a run-around. At this time the quad itself is lacking an important safety feature that needs corrected now!

i have the same experience as previous person (28/05/2014 by randy0623) my scooter broke down after 8 miles!!!! ridiculous! i called them immediately to ship me the new part that is broken so i can have it repaired at my cost(what?!?)i didnt even have it for a week, that was on 4/21. well, im still waiting for my part to come! every week somebody leaves and there is somebody new, just to be replaced with another new person the week after, 80% of the time they dont even answer the phone. and yes, the "tech" guy really only works 1-5 pacific time. and sometimes, he is not even there. it has been a nightmare. i have called them at least 25 times about this. please, DO NOT buy anything from this company. Absolutely horrific experience!

I purchased a new 300cc scooter from these guys in Feb 2014 for $2500. On the first ride, less than ONE MILE, it broke down. I had to have it towed to a shop for repair. It's still in the shop today!!! Mega Motor Madness said they have ordered a new engine but it will take another 4-6 weeks. Hopefully, I will have it fixed by the end of June. In the meantime, this is going to end up costing be about $1000 in labor costs as their "warranty" does not cover labor. Oh yeah, and their "Tech" people only work about two hours in the afternoon. Impossible to get a hold of. Will never recommend this place to anyone!

I purchased a Tarantula 110cc ATV. This is a great little ATV. Put it together in about an hour. The people at the site where great and kept in contact with me. They answered the phone or called back every time. If you are going to buy a little atv for you kids buy from these guys. You will be happy after it is all done.

They had exactly what I wanted for my daughter's birthday, and at a great price, and an additional discount on my 50cc scooter order! They ship it to my house at the weekend. I assembled front wheel and other parts and do a little test ride. Just as perfect as I want.

I agree with this review. I purchased a four wheeler from them and was promised the free items be delivered before Christmas. I had more than 10 phone calls and a few emails that they never responded to. We got the free items the first week in Jan so we had to tell our son Santa back orders items also(the promised me these items on time) the shipping was also not delivered to us we had to go to Hub to pick up after they delivery company said the lift gate truck was not available, That brings me to the service after the sale and I will say this DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS FLIM FLAM COMPANY. I called regarding the oil plug for 3 straight days and no one would return my call and I also emailed them I finally got them on the phone and they said tech was at lunch and he would call me back and they never called again so I emailed them and I got a email back stating(this is a different day please note) that the tech was out sick and he would call me tomorrow and again no phone call back so I called and left another message. I by then used a friend and figured issue out. Next issue the carburetor leaking well I will make this short after a week of no call backs and emails not being answered I loaded the 4 wheeler on my truck to take it to the shop. I get a voice mail from the tech FINALLY after I emailed them saying I was done with them and was writing a review. I guess they felt it was time for them to take action but at this point I was not gonna unload 4 wheeler and call them becasue they probably would not answer or call me back if at all not for days. So I go get the carb REPLACED(BAD CARB) 75.00 so I decide to request a refund. I call them the next day and to my surprise I get John on the phone. To make a long story short I expressed my frustrations to him and he said the customer service is usually good 10 months a year that they were under staffed "quote" during the Holidays. I requested my 75.00 refunded for Carb amd was quickly told NO. The straw that broke the camels back was when he said call us if you have anymore problems and I said that I probably would not and John LAUGHED. People do you want to deal with someone who laughs at a customer who has been through what we have, Also heading to my neighbors today because now the chain is falling of the four wheeler. THE WORSE BUSINESS EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE EVER. Save your time and money and buy somewhere else but do your homework first.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER...BAD PRODUCT, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE My Daughter sacrificed her evenings and summers for over a year to save up money for her first motorcycle. She insisted on being responsible and paying for it herself. She invested that money buying a motorcycle, brand new, from Mega Motor Madness. It is a 250, Roketa, by Jonway. It has been the worst purchasing experience in my 41 years. 1) The new bike came with a failed battery. We turned that in to the warranty department 2 months ago and have yet to get the replacement. She had to buy a new one locally out of her own pocket. 2) The title came wrong and had to be redone. 3) When she finally got it on the road, she parked it at work it would drain the battery to nothing before her shift was over.. Leaving her stranded at work at midnight !!! After This happened a few times, I discovered that The Anti-Theft alarm was drawing too much power. I had to unplug the anti-theft module to keep the motorcycle from stranding her. The multiple, deep discharges this issue caused almost destroyed the new battery she had to buy. 4) The Drive Pulley fell apart while driving on the highway !! How can they, in good conscience sell a product where the transmission disassembles at highway speed ? The bike had less than a 100 miles on it at the time. I turned that in to your warranty department as well and have gotten no parts or support in months !!! This bike is a lemon, and the company has done nothing but delay and make excuses. We have had enough

After over 400 miles driven on my 150cc CHALLENGER, I can report in that this is an excellent ride. If you're considering ordering something, be patient. The paperwork gets sent separately so, as in my case, I had a bike but no way to register it. I wish they'd streamline that. It took a month from the day I called my credit card in to the day I got to ride. Resign yourself to 3 weeks or so, and you'll be less apt to drive yourself crazy. My bike is a Chinese replica of the Honda Reflex scooter - but with an air-cooled 150cc engine in lieu of a 250 water-cooled one. Same riding comforts, not as fast. That was OK with me. Figure what you'll be doing 90% of the time and buy for that. Less than 10% of the time, you'll wish you could go faster, meanwhile you got a bike for around 1,500 bucks that gets 90 miles per gallon. Ride it lot and it can pay for itself in saved gas. The Chinese gy6 engine is cheap and simple to repair. Besides, it's fun. The Challenger arrived in perfect shape. The top-case trunk got a little scarfed up in 2 places, but I found a nail-polish color match and appreciate the trunk's volume. That, plus the glove compartment and the space under the seat adds up to a lot of storage. I highly recommend having your bike shipped to a motorcycle dealer with experience in setting up and prepping bikes. It's worth whatever it costs you. Get good synthetic oil in the engine and make sure the transmission reservoir is full. (The oil the bike comes in is for storage - not for use. Change immediately upon arrival.) Then take it easy breaking the bike in. I changed the oil after only 100 miles to get the usual crud and tiny metal filings that appear with first use out of there. After only 100 miles, it came out dark. That's normal. Change again at 400 miles, then follow the manual after that. Always add a dash of Enzyme or some other fuel additive designed to neutralize the effects of ethanol in our gas. Ethanol attacks some rubbers and plastics; it pulls humidity out of the air which slowly puddles up as water at the bottom of your tank and does nasty stuff to your carburetor. Additives are especially vital if you don't use your bike enough and it sits around with old gas too long. For the first 100 miles, keep to local stop and go traffic no faster than 35 mph. Short bursts of speed no more than 10 seconds help set the piston rings but sustained high-speed driving is death to a tight new motor. After 200 miles, get up to 40 mph... 300 miles, zip along at 45. When you open an engine up all the way, you get a "WAAAAAHHHH!" sound. Don't do that for longer than short bursts until the bike is broken in. A 150cc engine is not a big engine. Never cruise with the throttle wide open. The bike may approach 60 mph but if you're going somewhere, it's happy at 45-50... maybe 3/4 throttle. Take care of it and it will take care of you. It's a good machine. Some people refer to the long wheelbase scooters as "touring" scooters - even the 150cc ones. That's not a joke. Tell your big bike friends it's an "Ultra-light Cruiser" - which it can be. It's definitely not a freeway / interstate machine. It's a scenic / back roads machine. As such, it's comfortable, nimble, economical and fun to drive with better wind and wet road protection than almost any motorcycle. Carry it down the interstate on a cheap utility trailer till you get to the mountains or wherever you're going. Or lay out a back road itinerary and relax. High speed is physically punishing. Rambling along at 50 mph is not only safer, you arrive less beat-up. In summary, MMM can get you a good ride, but you'll want a mechanical support system nearby to handle whatever glitches show up during the break-in period. Take it easy in the first 400 miles especially and mind the oil changes and fuel additives. A motorcycle safety course is a super idea. Ride safe. God bless.

I purchased two 150cc scooters from Mega last year, and posted reviews on the internet about my experience. Pay attention!
