Works Like A Charm After Migration To New Platform
After migration to new platform my website starts using IPv6, HTTPS with Let's Encrypt certificate and the diskspace is unlimited. New email has responsive webmail and works like a charm also on my mobile and tablet including contacts, calendar etc.
Sadly, There Is No Reason To Continue To Use Them
Active 24's Webmail after the now not so recent migration to their new servers will be a lesson on how to loose your clients. Their mediocre formatting facility and lacklustre design of the pages was acceptable to me as a back-up mail service but their product has worsened by inexplicable multiple resends of mail and too many logon failures. Their customer service response is quick, however, albeit after having to use a full cost landline number (I gave up initiating complaints from the website) but I'm having to use it too often. It’s a lot of hassle to move e-mail providers so I’ll give them another month to sort out their problems and in the meantime I’ll look for someone with better editing facilities, a more pleasing layout and who has a record of providing a reliable service.

Have been a customer since the old days of "Vi". They've just migrated my domain and mailboxes to Czech parent company. All email clients now broken. Go to the 'customer support' site and, once you've switched it to English, there's about 5 different sets of instructions for various servers with various ports and security settings. None of them are exchange servers, the splash screen of the new webmail tells you to use the old exchange server that doesn't work, in fact nothing works. Its a complete mess. I'm leaving.

Email Stops Working
My incoming email hangs repeatedly several time a day. The issue is mainly associated with incoming mail (Pop3) on the popmail.active24.com server but the alternative server mamutmail.com is just as bad. I'm using Outlook and when I get an error message pop up, it stops checking my email until manually clear the warning. It's very ittitating. I have repeatedly contacted their support over several months and the issue has never been resolved.

my email service is disconnect for periods up to 8hrs without any explanation been given. Complaints do not get addressed. Very poor service. Not a company to use email hosting if you have a business.

Active 24 provide the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their website promises 24/7 support. I'm not sure if they know what it means because they don't work evenings or weekends and even finish early on a Friday!
As the other reviewer said, they are diabolical. No-one gets back to you, they don't care if your website is down and they fob you off with lies rather than sorting out your problem. They have now removed the www. from our URL, so links (including google) don't work which has reduced our traffic by 88% - but after 6 days there is still very little response (except for the lies and excuses).
If there is any other company you can use, I would do it. I simply cannot see how any other company would be worse than Active 24.

The title is the 'nicest' , and the 'mildest' way to describe Active 24's services and customer services.
For unknown reasons they have taken our company website offline, 4 days on, still no service up to this current day. Sent them numerous emails, no response, used their so called 'call back' service a few times, again, nothing. Called them AGAIN this morning and left the phone on loudspeaker hold for NINETY FIVE minutes, then they cut me off!
I wonder if they are even still in business???
Active 24 are a complete waste of money, time and effort.
We are now moving our website over to BT Web Hosting who are REAL PROFESSIONALS.

Don't Use Their Service!
I terminated my account / contract by email months ago. They keep sending me invoices and refuse to respond to my messages regarding the terminated contract. It's like they can't read. This is the Dutch web site by te way.
If they don't respond this week i will have to consult with my lawyer. This is unbelievable. Don't work with them.....
