Awful chat staff and no telephone number. On the other hand G, ( a CSM ) is marvellous. If anyone is having issues with P2G, make contact and I will give you his works email address. I'm sure he would welcome the opportunity to put things right - especially as there are so many poor reviews listed against them. “They can not be trusted its as simple as that.”

I've tried so hard to make this work as it's a very convenient way of sending parcels, But the truth of the matter is they can't be trusted, They to often lose parcels and want to take no responsibility for it, leaving you out of pocket every time. Sent a parcel with Parcel2Go on 18 September. On 5th October, I contacted them to ask confirmation that it had been delivered as it was clothes to return to a retailer for me to get a refund. They pulled out of the online chat saying they were having issues then sent me an email to say they were were on the case. On 8th October, there was no update and they said they were still enquiring. “Lockers Full”

Tried to drop parcel off in lockers three times over two days and lockers continually full. Tried dropping off in shop but told I could not do this. Customer Service abysmal unable to assist in any way, could not tell me when lockers would be emptied, seemed to imply it could be up to 48 hours. I recently sent a glass hob with this awful company. I booked this online and paid for additional insurance of £250, it clearly stated Glass Cooker Hob on the booking form, I read the restricted items page but didn't realise it had 3 sections as the first one was headed 'prohibited items', and glass hobs were not listed in it. I was the recipient and their delivery update initially said delivery attempted at 3pm and card left. Not true, because I was in the house at 3pm and no card was left. I even answered the door around that time to a courier who had the wrong address (that courier probably had my parcel...). If I can give this company Zero I would. They stole my parcel. The only information I could see was that it cost picked up by the courier guy for delivery. IT NEVER GOT DELIVERED. “Don't book “Delivery Guarantee” – it's...”

I used Parcel2Go and paid extra for “Delivery Guarantee.” Parcelforce didn't collect the parcel on the date agreed. As a consequence, the parcel wasn't delivered on the day it was expected. When I wanted to claim the refund*, I was told: “The delivery guarantee does not guarantee the collection date just the delivery time once the parcel has been collected.” This means Parcel2Go and their partners have an incentive not to collect your parcel at all when they have the slightest doubt… Read Full Review

Where to start...just appalling service. We used Parcel2Go to deliver a small parcel from England to Northern Ireland. On behalf of Parcel2Go Hermes delivered to a DPD depot as they should (albeit 2 days later than the service paid for). The GPS shows it was delivered with a specific time, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic they aren't taking signatures so the word "BUSINESS" was typed in by the driver as it was delivered to a business address. I’m working with a charity that’s trying to supply vulnerable people with PPE. On May 25th I sent a shipment of PPE worth £1000 to a care home which is a small building and is frequented by healthcare workers multiple times each day, which has run out of face masks. Don't use this company. Gave full details for pick up of an eBay purchase from a company premises with manned despatch area. Notification that they couldn't pick up the package. Had not tried. Another day same thing. Kept checking the tracking and was the same on the 4th day but got a message from the seller that it had been collected! have used parcel2go several times and on most occasions I have not had any issues. However, I was extremely disappointed at their lack of interest when one of my items went 'missing'...in transit. It took about a month for them to conclude that they won't be able to get it back, and had a gap of around 2 weeks where they did nothing. This is now my second review for the same thing. I posted a parcel with parcel2go on 22nd April it is now 4th June.
