USED TO BE GREAT WHAT HAPPENED?

I never understood all the bad reviews for this company as I have been lucky to have really good delivery people. However this company has been so unreliable lately. I took time off work as I received a message saying a parcel was going to be delivered the next day. I then received a message the next day, after the stated delivery time, saying it would be delayed until the following working day. I arranged for somebody else to wait in only to get a message saying it was delayed again. Days later I'm waiting for the parcel, no indication on the tracking of an actual date that it will arrive. I thought it was just an issue with one parcel but the same thing has now happened with another item. I don't blame the delivery staff, they always look run off their feet, perhaps the company doesn't employ enough staff to keep up with their targets? Either way its a bad way for a company to treat their customers and I don't know why big companies use them.

getting sick and tired of paying good money for goods just to have a EVRI driver either dump over the fence or just leave on the doorstep without even knocking just cause they see a ring doorbell, was no better even before we got the doorbell.

Simply - Dreadful

Provided with tracking number and webpage

Expected parcel - way to large to leave anywhere if I was out, way too large to expect next door to take in - so took day off unpaid (cost me £83).

At 1611 tracking told me "we are sorry, we will try hard to get on next working day"

so have waited in all day for nothing and lost a days wage.

Unable to speak to a human on phone, to try and find out if tmrw., Sat, is a working day for them.

If Monday is next working day, delivery will fail as I at work.

Their Chat option is a Bot - totally useless.

IF YOU FIND YOUR SHOPPING ON LINE IS BEING SENT VIA THIS JOKE OF A COURIER, THEN CANCELL YOUR ORDER WITH THE SHOP, AND TELL THEM WHY.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
