Anomalies with the auto-renewal meant that domains I had owned for many years were being billed at more than twice the current rate. Just one phone call to customer support and they identified the reason, apologised for the fault in their system which had led to this, set my account right and credit my renewals with the overpayments. The basic problem appears to have been incorrect or out of date permissions and also an unknown changes in passwords. It might be helpful to review the procedures for keeping customers up to date for any changes that may occur i.e software or operating systems. As a first time web owner I was a bit confused by the options and my needs. A call to Sales & he was really good at explaining options to a non-techie. Got a domain & hosting package all set up and ready to go very quickly. Hi, I'm writing as a first time user of Easyspace. So far I can't fault it. Being based in the UK you get to speak to people that you can actually understand and are not reading from a script. Telephoning twice to Easyspace, both call were answered in no less than 8mins. My previous hosting company took 25mins to answer and even then couldn't help me. Emails are answered promtley. The technical support is very helpful. Once explained, the person answered the phone understood exactly what the problems were and was able to provide the solutions to solve the problems immediately while on the phone. He then carried out some tests to check whether his answer was justified. I have used Easyspace for nearly 15 years and will always recommend their support, configuarion and build services. Having also tried a number of the less expensive services as you do over time I can only confirm you get what you pay for and realibility in your host provider is what you get with easyspace. Having purchased a new UK domain name I received an email advising me that I would receive a further email requesting details to validate the account. It stated that if I did not carry out the validation the account would be suspended. Three weeks later I still had not received the validation email. “Deraling with website problem”

Switch Media host my company website and my company email function. There was a problem in that customers could not access the website from the internet. The problem was solved by Switch Media in an efficient and timely manner. I was particularly impressed that it was dealt with by technical support who were based in the UK, were easily accessible by phone and who followed up to make sure I was happy.
