Easyspace is always consistent, with staff ready to help and what more they are real people here in the UK, the website is easy to navigate and if your having a bad day the tech staff can help you through every process and even suggest options if they can't do it, Options for almost everything you want to do on line or a simple call away nothing seems so easy as easyspace - the only annoying thing is the remote option voice but even that is sensible because it directs you to the right person… Read Full Review

“DNS pointer issues”

I contacted support as a sub-domain web address on my site had stopped working and I didn't know why. The responder was friendly, helpful and it turned out the DNS was pointed at wrong address following an earlier site move to a new easyspace server. My email account had been blocked and I phoned the technical support line at Easyspace to find out why and I was informed that persons from China, India and Vietnam had been trying to gain access to my account. I was reassured that they had stop any access to my account. I was asked to complete a full scan of my computer to ensure that no virus, Trojans etc was embedded in my PC. I have had a dedicated server with EasySpace for the last three months and the service has been impeccable, something which came as a surprise to me. With regards to the technical aspect of the server, I have had no issues, where i have had to contact support, which says a lot about the high level of service. Good News is that all members of the service and technical team (I spoke to three different people) were extremely concise, charming and helpful and knew their subject backwards.
