They noticed that emails stored on their server had gone over quota and notified me about this. It explained a mysterious fault that some people emailing me recently had had bounces. I recently purchased 6 domains and hosting with Easyspace and had to call them to add authorisation for my marketing company. The call was handled swiftly and without any fuss whatsoever, with clear and concise instructions on what to do next. The upshot was my marketing manager was able to login to my account within minutes to continue with what she needed to do. I have had a dedicated server with EasySpace for the last three months and the service has been impeccable, something which came as a surprise to me. With regards to the technical aspect of the server, I have had no issues, where i have had to contact support, which says a lot about the high level of service. Good News is that all members of the service and technical team (I spoke to three different people) were extremely concise, charming and helpful and knew their subject backwards. Anomalies with the auto-renewal meant that domains I had owned for many years were being billed at more than twice the current rate. Just one phone call to customer support and they identified the reason, apologised for the fault in their system which had led to this, set my account right and credit my renewals with the overpayments. When I contact Easyspace I always get a friendly and helpful voice at the other end. It's great that it's a real person and not an overseas call centre. The best thing is that they'll email the advice or details they've given you so you can refer to it again. I like their informality - it puts me at my ease as I'm not totally computer savvy.
