I have been waiting at home for 11 hours now for this outfit to pick up a parcel for return. Unfortunately the parcel is too long for the normal return system of the company that supplied the goods to be returned, so their normal return labels would not cover the cost of transit, consequently they set up a collection with this mob. “Attrocious service parcel delivered late not OVERNIGHT.”

So I book a collection via Parcel Monkey on the 23/09/2020 for overnight delivery. You print off the returns label and put it on the parcel. Call from DX that evening stating that wont be collected until following day as they didn't have time to print their tracking label for the courier. Next day another call from them stating that it wont be collected until Fri 25/09/2020. Collected that day but didn't arrive until 30/09/2020. Screenshot taken of tracking receipt. Having read so many negative reviews about DX I was worried about an item that I'd ordered would arrive damaged. Worst company out - was awaiting urgent medicine sent direct to me - advised time slot - and you can put on their website deliver to neighbour if required. They didnt - said "only I" could sign for it - no neighbour - rubbish. For the second year running a Christmas saving order has not been delivered on the promised day by DX. Terrible company. They told me they had tried to deliver my passport twice and had left a card through my door (all rubbish). Then they said I would have to pay extra for them to re-deliver it.  There are electronic gates at my home an CCTV records all comings and goings. They have never been here! Item not delivered on time as promised and I paid for next day delivery. Was told by email my address couldn't be found, which is strange as every other delivery company seem to manage to find me. Rather rude delivery person turned up the next day. The phone system is useless, no one answers and the email system just keeps telling me my item has now been delivered, which it has, but late. I would give it 0 stars, however that unfortunately isn’t an option. What a disgraceful service. Originally had an email from HMRC to say that my daughters passport would be with me on the 27th March. I’m being driven to distraction. This is the worst courier company I have ever had to deal with and being elderly I rely on such deliveries at least 3/4 times a week. Our passports should have been delivered several days ago but we have no idea when they will be. In desperation. I was expecting a delivery on the 13th November waited in all day no delivery. 14th November have waited in all day AGAIN at 2.30 pm I went to my front door and found a calling card. Well that was an eye opener and lesson in how NOT to run a delivery service, DX! I do now have my son’s passport but that was after numerous phone calls when the system would cut me off, a wasted day waiting in at home, a wasted trip to the depot (!), contradictory and ambiguous information from emails, automated messages, website etc. When my son did manage to get through to talk to someone he was ignored and then hung up on but at least he did manage to reach a human being. It's amazing that a company this inept has even managed to stand the test of time - their service has been without doubt the worst I have ever experienced. Children with tricycles could genuinely do a better job. The level of customer service you can expect is very poor. The different departments are so disconnected that no one knows left from right, even after numerous calls of me chasing via chat, phone and social media. A lack of accountability is deeply worrying and I believe, I am not alone on this. If you are a direct customer, be warned of what to expect. “Highly unprofessional company”

Their drivers are under so much pressure to finish their delivery rounds that, if it seems that it will take them more than a minute to find the address they have to deliver to, they just write a delivery attempt card and leave. They don't care if you had to take days off work, nor that you are expecting time-sensitive documents from the Home Office. Text received advising delivery 05/06/18 between 07.00 - 09.36 - took day of work to wait. Finally at 11.30 that day received further text advising due to network issues no delivery that day. After several 'failed delivery' notifications (which in itself I found very suspicious), I went online to pay for a specific delivery slot when I would be home. I waited all morning - with a dog needing a walk and a child desperate to get out - with no sign of them.
