“Lied about a request I never made.”

MY item was on the truck "out for delivery" in the morning. That evening still not here so I check the tracking number and it says "Receiver requested item be returned to UPS Facility for pick up by receiver". Not True. I NEVER requested it be brought back to the UPS for me to pick up. I never requested anything. I paid to have it delivered to my front door. “Not reliable”

Shipments get stalled at locations and returned to previous locations in route. All cause delays in delivery. Calling customer service appears worthless as their standard remark is keep watching by tracking number, which doesn’t resolve concern. “UPS forgets that delivery is the goal!!!!!!!”

On Thursday 12/7 an expected prescription was put on our UPS delivery truck in San Angelo, TX for delivery to us 35 miles south of Ozona, TX. This is the normal routine and should have been delivered by about 5pm. It was not a beautiful day. There was light rain and a few occasional snow flakes. UPS states that weather caused the non-delivery. “Avoid at all cost and use other shipping companies”

Wow! Where to start. I paid $5.00 to rescheduled a delivery for the next day, and now the package is being sent back to the original sender. Unbelievable and completely incompetent company and customer service. I spent the last three days trying to fix their error, and the package continues to travel further away from my house. I ordered some items through Amazon who selects to use UPS. You were not my choice. If I did get a chance to select my delivery carrier it would be Fed X always. After working for a company for 8 years who always used Fed X you (UPS) has a long way to go get even come close to there minimum ability to deliver a package. I feel reluctant to even give this a 1 star! This is the worst courier service I’ve ever experienced! I’ve had a wasted day off work waiting for the package that never arrived. We were waiting for a package today and followed the tracking number. We received a notice that it was delivered to our front door. We look all over the property and it was not there. I called and was told that they would get back to me after checking with the driver. Hours passed and we still have not received a follow up call. Obviously they don't care. “Worst customer service ever!! How does UPS stay in...”

I usually do not post a review, but this is absolutely unacceptable. This is the last time, I will use UPS. I had a box shipped second day air from Lexington, KY to New Orleans, LA, I had paid $70.00 for a Saturday, November 4, 2017 delivery. “Damaged item delivered loosely packaged with broken item”

My item was broken because it wasn't wrapped well enough from the Greensboro, NC UPS store. It cost me $60 to have the item shipped. I called UPS, they picked it up (SLC, UT). “Never on time and don't bother buzzing”

Every time I order a package that uses UPS as the delivery company, I either don't get my package on time or they will not bother buzzing the bell, one small knock on the door and they assume no one is home... I ordered a parcel from MediSupplies a few weeks back with urgent items for treating my animals. Medisupplies themselves have been great but UPS are a joke. They failed to deliver for 5 days, and then Medisupplies had to hire another courier at their cost to get my parcel to me. By that time, 2 of my animals had passed away and I was greatly stressed. “ignored my urgent need about a delivery to a cancer...”

“Parcel Delivery ”

I have been using couriers for the past 30 years and UPS has to be the worst experience I have ever had. Accidents happen. We all accept that. When damage has occurred with other couriers, they do at least send someone out to assess the damage. With UPS it is a case of complete denial.
