“Delivered my package to random address ”

Asked them to delivery a parcel on their 48 hour service. It was delivered on time but to completely the wrong address a couple of miles down the road and left no card so that the recipient could locate it. “I got my parcel a whole month late because of Parcelforce”

A parcel from abroad was in the country for a whole month before I got it. Out of four attempted deliveries, only one driver left a card. The website information was incorrect and contradictory. Staff members made promises to leave notes in the file, contact a driver, or call me back. None of this appears to have happened. If I could give zero for this terrible service I would. Avoid Parcelforce at all cost!!!!!!! Recently left part of our car boot blind in holiday cottage. Owners found this & kindly agreed to package this & return it. They advised when this had been done & sent the receipt for me to re-inverse the cost & track the item. “1 Star is too much!”

Have no idea how this company is still in business, their systems are out of date and shockingly slow. Imported packages take over 10 days to sort and customs fees raised, then they have to SEND you the invoice through the post and wait for it to be paid. When you do pay the telephone payment ditches you before it's confirmed, so you have to ring back. If you pay online the system can't match the payment up with the package. Stayed at home waiting for expected parcel. Never came, no slip in the box. If anyone had touched the door, knocked or rang the dog would bark. “Spent all day at home - delivery didn't turn up”

Parcelforce gave a delivery date and wouldn't specify a delivery time, so I decided to wait at home all day to make sure I didn't miss it. Zero communication all day and when it got to 5pm, I called to enquire if it was on the way. They told me it was a busy day and that it wouldn't be delivered that day. Also, got cut off while on hold TWICE so it was a total of 3 calls to them. “Pay Parcelforce to damage your goods!”

I paid over £50.00 to get armchair delivered. Parcelforce managed to break all four legs off it. They scratched them, a piece of the wood on one of the legs was missing. The customer on the other side refused it. Parcelforce just said sorry, no compensation for furniture damage. No refund for the delivery. NOTHING! Parcelforce was the delivery service for my order from an on-line tool seller, from whom I had bought two smoke alarms. Unfortunately, they attempted to deliver whilst I was out for a short time on Friday, so they left a card saying my package had been delivered to the local Post Office. I buy and sell a lot on ebay. Parcelforce is the last company I would use after being let down so often. They fail at every step of a delivery process. Try to complain. They told me where to go when I complained about a parcel returned to sender because the driver couldn't find my address. The idiot parks across from our house for a smoke every day.

any shop that uses parcelforce I will be boycotting, they are the worst company I have dealt with, and I have dealt with some pretty awful companies in my time. Exceptionally poor service. Parcel was not delivered on time- and I am in fact still waiting- despite correct address and contact details being provided.
