“Shocking company”

They charged me over 20 pounds to deliver a parcel track and trace to Thailand . The parcel was posted on 16 December and made it to their depot in Heathrow on the 17th where it has been ever since. They have no interest in finding out where it is and have told me to fill in a compensation claim on 25 January. So much for their claim to deliver within 5 to 7 days. “what a waste of money.”

Sent a parcel to Thailand on 16 December, international track and trace signed on delivery. After 17 days it is still according to their tracker, in the sorting depot at Heathrow. It is being prepared for shipment. Some preparation. I have been told that I can put in a claim on 25 January if it has still not been delivered. I have not been impressed with Royal Mail parcels service for some time, first class prices for third class delivery. “Royal Mail, the company that does NOT deliver.”

Royal Mail seem to be the only company out there that choose not to use live tracking of the parcel delivery services. They are also the only company that cannot give you an estimated time-slot. We rarely have problems with parcels lost or delivered late. On the occasions when we do it's always and I repeat always Royal Mail. Why do 24 hours tracked or 48 tracked when you cannot keep to this timetable. In fact nowhere near it or use 2and Class as put it in the bin for a while and then ruin packaging before post or put a card through door as it wont fit through letterbox. “Simply don’t bother to turn up”

It seems that Royal Mail simply don’t turn up some days at all, they pick and choose when they want to deliver mail. 1st class parcels don’t arrive first class any more, it’s when your area or street has accumulated enough mail to make it worth their while! “Failing delivery and poor excuses”

I couldn't fault Royal Mail services,but recently I had trouble with my deliveries and that not because of pandemi. Their new policies seems to not protect their clients, I'm just entangled on this Royal Mail web so nothing can be done. “Amazon sellers beware”

AMAZON SELLERS BE WARNED. Royal mail is a sham. I send tens of thousands worth of parcels with RM every year and they have lost thousands of pounds worth of my good but will only refund the cost of the item to me. I was shocked today by how far RM's greed goes. My parcel was a bit uneven and one side was 16.2cm wide - 2mm over the allowed size. It's such a tiny difference and it was just 1 side of the box. It would have made no difference to the processing of the parcel whatsoever! But my parcel was not accepted as a small parcel because of it. “The App and service are rubbish”

“Changes to deliveries”

“Late special delivery”
