Fantastic!
I have been on the road for over 30 years and had many motorbikes and scooters, old and new!
I needed a scooter to run me into work, the KTM was getting far to expensive for parts and service, so went to my local dealer, he had a 2001 TGB in which had only done 120 miles from new and had been stored for several years! Usually I keep to more well known makes but thought I would give it a look and can honestly say its a top little bike to use, handles lovely, good on petrol, 65/70 top end and cruises along at 60mph,definitely comes highly recommended by me!

Good Overall But Handling And Ideling
I bought this scoot for my sister as she needed some wheels but I crashed my bike so I had to take it back so I could get to work and back. The first day I had it it went wrong nothing to do with it the person that had it before me put the wrong wax in the automatic choke so it wouldn't start. Changed the choke and sorted. The next problem was the carb. It very slowly rose the idle speed of the engine over about 2 weeks. However a flat head screwdriver and 5 mins and its sorted. After being used to bike I personally don't like how it handles it just doesn't give the same levels of confidence in the corners but it takes of like a 2 bob rocket. I detest roundabouts in it I feel like im crawling round them. However must mention my sis does like it ( even named it timmy) but this is her first scoot. I started on a Yamaha teos which was faster and handled much better than timmy due to it being a much lower scooter to help in the corners. So overall not bad and can't grumble but I really really want my bike back

Just An Absolutely Fantasatic Little Bike!! I Am O
Just an absolutely fantasatic little bike!! I am on my second one.I ran my first for 3yrs with absolutely no problems. The thing does nearly 100mpg and gets you up to 60mph comfortably and 70mph with the wind behind you.
You just can not fault these scooters.
I recommend that you don't get one of these bikes as there are no dealers that I know of in the UK for the repair of these scooters, I bought mine off of ebay and the person that I bought it off didn't tell me about any of the faults bearing in mind the only thing he really told was that he'd had a new carburettor fitted and that it had been stood for 8 months. I took it to shiregreen service station who are an absolute waste of space, time and effort to do a repair so it could pass it's MOT and they advised me that the fork stanchions would damage if I did ride it, I took it to someone that I know and trust really well and they said that they have just ripped me off as the forks were pissing oil out, so they telephoned shiregreen and told them to fix it, shiregreen then rang and said that they could do the MOT repair for £25 pounds and fitting for free but somehow they managed to get another £89 for a repair that hasn't been right since I got it back. I got it back thinking that I would be ok to ride it and to go to work on it safely when I got it back they said that the other fork stanchion was an advisory and to get it repaired as soon as, which is what I was going to do but I needed to go to work on it a couple of days after and it started developing further problems and to this day is still not right. I was going to Grimsby on it a couple of weeks ago and I had to call out the mechanic because the bike wouldn't start. he recommended that I charge the battery which is what I did and then I have no problems. I was setting off to work in wakefield and I heard a scraling noise behind me and thought nothing of it until I saw that it was the black air box that was missing and also the nuts and bolts that were holding were missing too so me and my auntie's partner fixed it back on last week and its been ok up to now. I went to Hull on it and then realised that my lights weren't working but as I was pulling the brake lights the lights were shining. I have now seeked advice and they have told me to either get rid of it or sell it for spares and repairs as its just a death trap and my death waiting to happen, I don't like these scooters and I recommend that you don't buy one as they will put you out of pocket. I recommend Ron Daley Scooters at Doncaster Road in Barnsley, the main authorised Piaggio-vespa, Gilera and Aprillia dealer. Don't use anyone else if want the highest level of customer service
I found this review somewhat helpful because... there must be a lot more you could tell me...

Starts Ok After A Few Twists Of The Throttle And H
starts ok after a few twists of the throttle and has a very throaty distinctive engine sound and seems to be fairly quick to me but I have nothing to compere it to as this is my first 125 cc scooter it tops out around 60 mph which I beleive is quite the norm for a 125.Has a sports suspension which could do with stiffening up a bit quite a bumpy ride at times. Some of the trim looks a bit on the cheap side ie the speedometer and intrument panel.
Overall a good solid bike for a Taiwanese scooter. Not as good as a Sym which in my humble opinion have superior build quality.TGB used to amke Vespa's under license so they are doing something right
