Car Was Scratched When I Collected It

Came back from an 11 day holiday and went to pick up my car only to see that it has a bad scratch on the front wing. I reported it and a member of staff came out and took a photo and I filled out an incident report. I was told I would hear back from them within 7-10 days. Heard nothing so emailed them and still no reply. Absolutely dreadful customer service. I have seen on other reviews that this behaviour is typical of them and they don't reply. If you are one of the few they do respond to you are advised that there is no proof the damage was done at their facility. Feel very angry about the way I have been treated and having been a good customer using them at least twice a year and recommending them to others, I will now be looking for alternative solution. They may appear to be cheap but it works out very expensive when you have bodywork damage to your car which you have to pay for out of your own pocket!

Beware Do Not Book With Aph

Website states there is cctv and covers all vehicles. As my car was damaged by a third party on return well guess what no cctv covering my vehicle. They have now admitted they have changed their website wording regarding security to JUST CCTV. False advertising and they will be reported. Did only request my parking fees back as you do leave your car at your own risk. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT!!!!!!

Returned To Find My Perfect Car Dented

I returned from my holiday to APH Hams Hall to find my perfect car had been dented on the pasenger front and rear door.

I reported it at the reception but was furious to be advised that some dishonest person had recorded that the car was damaged when I left it with them.

I have only had the car 3 months and it was perfect,without even a scratch when I left it with APH.

The security Manager had no people skills and also tried to suggest that the car was already damaged.

I have already reported the matter to a Law firm.

Car Damaged. Dash Cam Switched Off And Moved.

I left my car there for a week in October. I keep it clean and tidy and know every scratch on it. As I sat on the transfer bus I saw the driver get in to park it and immediately he moves the dash cam to point it at the sky.

Checked the car on return and the front lower grill is pushed in and snapped off its mounting clips, all scratched up . Its had a bang at some point. The review of dash cam shows the camera moved by driver and power cable unplugged at the same time... so no more footage. Its really easy.......I wont use them again.

Damage To My Car Caused While Parked At Aph Hams Hall

My car was parked with aph hams hall whilst i went on holiday.At some time whilst in there care the front nearside door was dented.Have complained to customer services and hams hall via emails and registered letter and have had no reply whatsoever have also sugested they look at their cctv footage still no response.I strongley advise anybody thinking of useing there parking to think twice and go elsewhere Very ignorant people stay clear

If you take pride in your car DONT PARK HERE came back from holiday to find the lefthand car door had got a scratch and the driver side was covered in mud up to the windows did not except this kind of service.i thought i was payin for the car to be looked after iam wrong. the company policy is leave at own risk never had this problem with other companys they dont care about people propety.

You gave the company 1 star for security and value... Surely the fact that they are the most secure AND cheapest car park for Birmingham airport warrants more than that. At the end of the day no matter where you go you park at your own risk, I think your feelings have just got the better of you here. Calm down and think about things before you go shouting about them,

Easy Booking. Superb Service

Since first using Purple Parking I have been greatly impressed with the level of service given.

From the moment I receive the e-mail with offers, to the booking/confirmation of my requirements is excellent.

I drive 20 minutes from my home to APH, where I am always greeted by staff in a warm and friendly manner. The 'booking in' procedure is superb and the shuttle service both too and from Birmingham Airport cannot be faulted.

Overall a 5 star service, which cannot be faulted.

Very impressed with the service. Online booking easy, look for discount voucher codes first!!.

Arrival was very easy, parked car, handed in keys, then straight on the bus and whizzed off to the airport, all within a very short time.

On return phoned APH to inform them we were back, bus was waiting for us, back to office 20 mins.

Will use them again as such good service and very secure parking.

5 Star service.

I Can't Find Any Positive Reviews For Birmingham A

I can't find any positive reviews for Birmingham airport parking, mainly because most people seem to have used Airparks. I used Airparks at Luton and it was a miserable experience, so I was very pleased with the APH service at Birmingham, by comparison.

It could be that I just want to thank them for not being Airparks, but anyway, APH were friendly and efficient. The service is run for the benefit of customers, unlike Airparks, who treat you as an inconvenience.

The only downside for some people will be the distance from the airport, but being just of the M42 made it very convenient for us, coming from Nottingham.
