Booked to go to a drive in comedy a few weeks ago . Was pitched a a new covid friendly event . Drove 2 hours to London only to find out it was cancelled. I received no notification of this and when trying to contact them by phone it says no one is working due to covid ( unsure why as every one else is managing to work currently ) . “Terrible customer service”

Terrible customer service. Following the cancellation of an event, Ticketline have refused to refund the full cost of my tickets even though ticket protection was also taken out. When challenging this, their support team have constantly contradicted their T&C's and will not resolve the issue. Never use this website as it can not be trusted… Read Full Review

I have tried to contact this company to arrange a refund for Electric Fields Tickets and I am getting no reply from their customer services through email and the phone number is constantly engaged and when you eventually get through you end up in a loop where they can't or won't help you. My mum bought a ticket as a present for my sister for £120. When it arrived it had a £55 stamp on it. This might be how some businesses operate, but really, I think it's disgusting and extortionate. At least have the decency to falsify the face value of the ticket, so it tings a little less. Repugnant behaviour from a terrible agency. “great weekend break”

I cannot fault Ticket line Uk. I went on a weekend break in July 2017 to London seeing a show and with a trip to Kensington Gardens, The coach was brand new and seats were comfortable. The driver and the Trolley Dolly, were fantastic and professional. The Copthorne hotel in Kensignton was fantastic with a lovely breakfast.We had good seats for the Mowtown show. “Billy Joel concert ticket”

Purchased two tickets to see Billy Joel. Tickets never came by post as stipulated at the time of purchase. Talked to a representatives was told they were experiencing problems with the distributions of the tickets and were not able to deliver the tickets on time (but no refunds would be granted!) so could we meet their representative at the venue at the agreed time and someone would contact us to let us know where they would be waiting. Forgotten fields festival was cancelled by the organisers so totally not our doing we paid £40 in booking fees to this so called outfit only to find yes we got a refund but minus their booking fee?! Duplicated an order as tried to put in Groupon code, neither accepted it. Called them within 2 minutes of 2nd order and refused to refund due to their "standard Policy" refused to put me through to a supervisor/manager then promptly hung up. “Avoid at all costs”

Event was cancelled and never received a full refund. I was what felt like ignored by Customer Services - had to send follow up emails to get replies. I bought a Rewind festival ticket for a campervan over 6 meters £180. My mistake. Immidiateley I bought ticket for standard size as well as weekend pass £224. “Customer services number permanently engaged”
