Customer service a waste of time. They just quote their T&Cs . I've paid for tickets for a gig in 8 months time and they say but say they are working to make the ticket available (Print at home) but that if I haven't got them the week before the event to get in touch. An absolute waste of time, no idea of what customer service is. Would have rated ZERO if possible. Ticketmaster will take your money now and NOT send your tickets for MONTHS I'll never use Ticketmaster again, not for anything! When you book your tickets, you get to the end and it says "Do you want ticket insurance ... Yes/No", there is no mention of any fee for this service, not until you have booked do you find out you have paid an extra £5.15 per ticket, Ticketmaster say they make it clear what you are paying but this is not true and they will not admit it, I have learnt from this and hopefully my review will enable others to be clear on this too… Read Full Review

“Utterly hopeless”

Ticketmaster are completely hopeless at dealing with high demand, high volume events - you are put in a "queue" with a purported wait time but this clearly means nothing at all as the wait time fluctuates wildly and then freezes so it is a matter of luck rather than waiting in a queue which results in you getting tickets or not. My wife and I are pensioners and enjoy an occasional Theatre trip. My daughter gave me a TM gift card for Xmas 2014. Went to use it last year for Bodyguard but TM seats were not best in the house so booked better seats direct. Came to use card recently and was horrified to find they say it has wired.
