I will never use this company again, the amount of parcels not delivered or they say they have delivered but no parcel arrived! it's disgusting. then when you try to contact these people, you can only email. “No Show, No Card, 7th time since July”

Well for the 7th time since July HERPES have failed to deliver my parcel (at least they haven't lost this one "YET"). "But Oh No" i had forgot that a house sitter was waiting in all day for a driver to ring the bell and..... Nothing. I was waiting on a delivery of item I ordered online,Kept an eye on tracing which seemed ok ,delivery to be between 13.00 and 15.00 it came to 15.30 tracking daid could not deliver as package damaged The End lol so I had to contact seller and she has dispatched the items again,and her words were I am fed up with Hermes they have no respect for peoples property and she will find another courier service, In the pas I've had items thrown over the back gate as I do bolt the gate later on at night… Read Full Review

“Totally protected from customer contact”

MyHermes seem currently to have lost an item I have sent. This is bad but in business things happen. But the true colours of a firm is how they deal with a problem. Hermes delivered a small television set to us, supplied by John Lewis. We were notified at 3.15am on Sunday that it would likely be delivered within the next 48 hours. Ordered an item of clothing from somewhere in china. Parcel arrived in uk after a couple of weeks then cleared customs and ended up in the hands of Hermes. “Parcel left in plain sight and then stolen.”

Received a text from Hermes stating I was due a delivery between 5 and 7pm. However, already being out when I saw the text I was unable to do anything about it at that point.(Weirdly I have no outstanding orders from the company the parcel was being sent from - but that's another story!) Non delivery of parcel even though their email said it had been delivered. Picture taken of a parcel but not outside my door. Waited in all day but no-one knocked on my door and parcel to big to be posted through my letterbox. Have emailed Hermes 3 times and received no response. I was told my parcel will arrive on November 22 I stayed home all day, then they said Delivery Attempted, Unsuccessful, I never left home. later they said it will arrive tomorrow I stayed home again, at 12.35 was written delivered & the parcel is at ur neighbors immediately I open my post no paper no nothing to know at which neighbors. customer service no help sent an email no reply I dunno what else can I do, I'm in Germany I paid around 200 euros. the worst company ever… Read Full Review

“Hermes aka Parcelnet don't care”

Hermes UK aka Parcelnet are by far the worst of the worst in courier services. I've been through a new level of hell with this company and discovered a level of obstructiveness, disinterest. My parcel (value £760) was in the hands of the driver and out for delivery one minute, and then marked 'lost' the next. Hours and hours of my time has been spent chasing Hermes, from the robotic lackey at the bottom to the CEO at the top. None of them were interested. “Appalling”

The delivery arrived on time but the packaging was falling apart and looked like it had been kicked repeatedly. It is quite unbelievable that the courier had the audacity to deliver it in that condition, fortunately I caught him before he drove off and asked him to take it back. We have had a dozen or more deliveries in the last fortnight, all barring the ones coming via Hermes have been delivered next day. 4 Parcels from 4 different suppliers via Hermes, none delivered, up to 10 days since ordering and dispatching. No response from Hermes to either me as the recipient or the senders. Claim to have tried delivery, but not on security cameras, and everyone else has managed. I've sent a parcel once and had 2 parcels delivered by Hermes, not much experience you might think however all 3 of these occasions was very poor service. The sent parcel ended up at the wrong place and the 2 deliveries did not arrive on the chosen or stated day, which is very annoying after specifically paying for the service and waiting in all day for the delivery.
