and no refund, dreadful customer service impossible to contact, avoid

Same problem as other recent customers.

The money came out of my account the day after ordering.

No confirmation till I emailed them and was told they couldn't give me a delivery date.

After emailing for a refund was told I would receive in 3 to 4 working days.

That has now passed and no refund received.

I have informed my bank so hopefully some action will be taken against this so called company.

Disgusting service...

Steer clear.

This company needs to be taken down as they seem to operate illegally or at the least a company unfit for purpose.

No order delivery, no refund, no way of contacting anyone directly - just a very unhelpful customer service which responds late all the time..

The customer service only kept repeating “sorry your order is on back order and no way of providing an expected date”

This happened twice and I have yet to see a refund, having waited more than six weeks in both cases with no delivery.

I have used them before without a problem, but on this occasion they have been nothing short of abysmal. I ordered on the 12th of October, and after receiving nothing I e-mailed on the 31st of October. I was told that my lenses would arrive in a few days. 3 weeks further on and 5 e-mails more, and no replies, I feel like they have taken my money, and I am never going to get my lenses. There is no phone number, no customer service, awful awful arrangement. Avoid them absolutely.

Ordered lenses 7 weeks ago. I did not receive a confirmation email, but I could see that the money was gone from my account. I contacted customer services and I was advised that lenses would be received in 5 days. 7 weeks down the line - still no lenses. I have asked for a refund on two occasions and they haven't acknowledged or responded to these messages.

Placed order on 29 September - email confirmation advised it would be received in 3-5 days (note not "working' days). Chased them up on 17 October and received an email on 18 October saying "Your lenses are currently on back order and should ship out in the next 4-6 working days.". Responded to this email on 19 October saying it was very disappointing that I as the customer had to contact them about the delay and what reassurances could they give me that this would not happen wth future orders. This time I did not receive a response until 24 October which said, "We would like to inform you that there is a unavoidable delay from the vendor side on certain shipments because of which your order has got delayed in shipping. We apologies for the delay in shipping the same. Your order should ship out in the next 3-5 working days." Wait - what? What happened to 4-6 working days promised in their email of 18 October??!! So basically that was a promise they could not honour and YET AGAIN nobody contacted me to advise of the continuing delay....

It is now 31 October and no sign of my lenses in today's post and that is 5 working days since their email of 24 October - yet another promise of delivery they have failed to honour....I have raised a formal complaint with them for what good it is likely to do - this standard of service is simply unacceptable and the manner in which it has been dealt with also falls well below what any customer should expect or accept. It does NOT represent good customer service to simply respond to complaints with false promises - this just tends to make your customer even more annoyed and will likely motivate them to write damning reviews on review sites as has been the case with me!

People - on the whole - understand that problems with stock availability and delivery can happen - what they will not understand is a company reeling out bog standard response after bog standard response containing further promises that they are unable to honour.

I will point out that I was offered a discount code in the second email but told that I would need to contact them at the time of my next order to receive it - no details were given as to what level of discount this would represent so this was a fairly meaningless gesture in my opinion. Especially when one considers that based on my latest experience with this order I will not be ordering from them again! A partial refund would have been a much more customer focused offer but having read some of the other reviews apparently the person who deals with refunds is only in the office once a week so......

Terrible service, placed an order which never arrived. Wrote to them (no phone number for customer service, this should be a warning sign) they said their supplier had delays. Asked for a refund, 3 weeks later still no sign of this refund. Their excuse: the person in charge of refunds is on holiday...

Do not use this website unless you want to lose your money.

After I requested a date for my refund, silence from them... Do not trust, do not use.

Despite numerous attempts of unsubscribing, blocking them and asking them not to email me they still continue to. If I knew who to report it to I would. Awful service and pester me still 5 years on.
