“Worst courier company ever”

The worst courier company ever. They don't even bother to come down to my property to deliver my item, instead they send you an email saying that I wasn't in and they have left me a card. I was home and sitting by the window and no one came to deliver my parcel. My bell is unbelievably loud so it is impossible for me not to hear. “Disgusting service”

Absolutely shocking experience! Chairs dispatched by seller 9th December 21, my chairs have been to 3 different centre's Goole, Selby, Lincolnshire back to Selby! Tracking is ridiculous, then I got a message saying M&S will be delivering today, I am in and have ring video door bell, says they left parcel in porch with card….guess what! “Avoid at all cost”

The parcel was supposed to arrive on Tuesday and didn't, with no updates nor notifications - the website still shows the package due to arrive last Tuesday. I am leaving on Monday and today was the last chance to get the package. I have used yodel for years and must be one of the lucky people who have never had an issue before but now they have had my parcel since 13/11/2021 it was supposed to be delivered onr the 15/11 then got changed to the 27/11 and today it 09/12 and still not been delivered. It was a big order split into 5 packages the other 4 were all delivered at the same time and on time. No updates on parcel tracking. Review of YODEL On 22/11/2021 I placed and order from a supplier the I did not realise use YODEL to ship their products. They were offering 72 hour delivery so in time for the weekend so I thought. I paid my retailer extra for named day delivery. It never arrived. Managed the delivery on the website and chose another day for delivery. It still hasnt arrived. Nobody at Yodel can tell me when it will be delivered. Why specify a date if they can't fulfill it. I will have no choice but to ask for a refund of the goods. Way too much trouble for them to deliver your parcel. Now 3 days late. I have contacted the chat line on 3 separate days and on each day they have told me the parcel is with the driver and will be delivered that same day. Still nothing and change on the tracking for 4 days now. Chat line person didn't want to tell me the complaint procedure but eventually did not that I expect them to care anymore about my parcel than the chatline staff! I never received an item from Yodel - they just marked it as delivered in their system. I stayed at home for the whole day waiting for delivery but nobody even tried to deliver, I just received an email stating that it is delivered. 6/11/21- I attempted to collect my item from Yodel local depot in Glasgow. There were many off us waiting outside the office in the freezing cold. I waited for one hour. Only 2 people were working to look after each of our parcels and each search took 10 minutes. Meanwhile, their other colleagues were leaving the office en masse. I missed the 1st delivery due to a fall. I am disabled and had to go to hospital. On getting a card I rearranged delivery the next day to a different address, all was confirmed. I tried all day to track but it wasn't updated. I tried to ring customer services,but its automated and it doesn't help in the slightest. This marvellous delivery company have managed to lose my parcel not once , but twice , that takes dedication!!. They did persevere though , and succeeded in losing it for good on the second time of trying. Found in the small print that the parcel was only insured for a maximum of £50 , leaving me £110 out of pocket. WILL NOT EVER use this company again… Read Full Review

I had an email from Yodel advising that my parcel had been delivered through my letterbox. I was at work all day and nothing had been posted through my letterbox. I was confused as to what had been delivered as I was waiting for a parcel but it wouldn't have fitted through my letterbox.
