Despite being advised our parcel would be delivered on the 25th we were advised we refused delivery on the 23rd? obviously someone doesn't know the ear from their elbow. Customer service about as good as an astray on a motorcycle, no email as promised, no parcel no hope. It seems that despite the company I purchased the goods from being absolutely great Yodel have screwed things right up and now I have to let MY customer down because we cant finish their bathroom. I received a orange card saying left behind bin what it didn't say was it was my neighbours bin and I live in a detached house so don't know what this clown was doing. also the card was not registered to my address so when trying to track the 8 digit number it did not match my address. The worst courier, and no customer service. I used collectplus Yodel to send an Item I sold on ebay for £279. It was a PS VR Mega Pack approx 30cmx 30cm x 40cm parcel. I insured the item for £300 and the recipient claimed they were not home at time of delivery and did not receive the item. I contacted collectplus Yodel who in turn provided me with a link to make a claim. Terrible Company I have never ever come across such a Micky Mouse company can you imagine you book to take a pallet dimensions and weight known and they bring a van that cannot fit it in and then after 6 days send 2 land that are full. we have 3 Donkeys in our land and they are more intelligent than any of the Interparcel staff. We tracked the parcel all afternoon they got within 5 miles and 5 parcels of us and then could not deliver appeared. There was a trail cam on the drive so I know they did not try. Asked to deliver to a neighbour as the house is now a building site.... no parcel. Yodel version 1...driver saw someone through the window and doorstepped it. Yodel Version 2, driver spoke to someone through the window and was told to doorstep it. Customer services about as honest as the driver as would you believe it we now have version 3 from Supriya in Customer Services.... the driver delivered it as instructed. this delivery company are without doubt, the worst delivery company on the planet. If you see a parcel is 'apparently' going to be delivered by them, cancel the order I was advised an Ebay order was going to be delivered within 48hours. The tracker then advised that they were not able to access the property to deliver, but they would try again. And guess what, no show!!!! I paced 2 orders with Amazon and was advised that Yodel was the deliverer which was confirmed by yodel who said the items were on the way . This statement was still on their website days after the items should have been delivered and ultimately I had a replacement for one delivered on 6th July and a refund provided for the other . once again yodel has claimed a parcel delivered when it has not been. I've had Flowers thrown into churchyard in next St. shoes to a different post code completely. rolls of fabric left in garden of house in wrong street, parcel thrown over a fence into an alley. it is virtually impossible to fail to find my house it has a unique post code and only three houses in street yet again they have delivered somewhere else. What a terrible service and to charge people that amount of money to make a complaint. My heart sank when I saw it was Yodel was delivering my parcel from Amazon. We have been in the past week since the lock down there is always someone here. The yard gates are open from 8.30 in the morning until 9.00 at night we have checked with our neighbours no one has seen a Yodel van. “Failing to deliver - in every way”

Yodel fail to deliver packages, service or answers. They shamefully use Covid as an excuse for their innumerable failings as a company. Their drivers seem incapable of reading or finding an address. I have had such ongoing issues with them. Today, they claim to have put a large clothing order "though my letterbox". My package - urgently needed - is missing. This is the first time I have ever written a review. So this alone should tell you how bad the company is. I received a card stating that a delivery attempt was made on 12.3.20, which was impossible as I was at home all day and no attempt was made. - Basically, out of 2 deliveries I only got one - I was not able to contact anybody from Customer Service - I now know why .... all my failed calls cost me £10 ... so it's a premium call - for the second item, I managed to catch the driver as he was leaving after only 30s at the door. - It would be easy to blame the delivery man, but when they sent the text saying that the item out out for delivery that day, I checked and the driver had about 100 item to deliver .... not a fighting chance… Read Full Review
