“Absolute shamble service”

Paid for international track and sign document to UAE only to receive it back in four working days claiming in complete address. The same document sent via DHL using exact word-to-word address without any changes and it was delivered in three working days. Royalmail is an appalling service. I send a sign for legal document to south america and it was send to south Africa. When I rang royal mail customers service it was terrible. “Lost in transit ”

I sent 2 sets of keys to Spain as Royal Mail were saying 3 to 5 days delivery tracked and traced. This is false advertising and they should be prosecuted. I would NEVER had used this service had l known what was going to happen. One set was held in Spanish Customs for a week and there was a €30 charge.The other has disappeared off the face of the earth. This had all our apartment details in as well as keys and now we could have squatters if someone gets hold of it. We had to wait a month… Read Full Review

“No interest in providing the service paid for. ”

Took 20 pounds off me to send a parcel track and trace to Thailand on 16 December. It has been allegedly at their sorting office at Heathrow since 17 December being prepared for shipment. This is obviously Royal Mail soak for its lost but we couldn’t care less. Putin a claim on 25 January. I certainly will not be using their abysmal service again. It never got to Thailand.
In spite of giving me a different excuse as to it’s whereabouts every time they replied, they eventually returned the parcel weeks after it was posted. Shocking service. Keep on to them. Good luck

“Disgusting Service ”

I sent a document to St Lucia via RM International Track and sign. This should have taken 5 to 7 working days but 30 days later and no sign of my documents which were court papers for supreme Court. Royal mail have been useless on helping . Don't bother using. Better to use DHL or a FedEx. RM just say fill out a claim form but it's the time and effort that went into getting these papers notarised. I thought using RM was a safe bet but clearly they don't give a damn… Read Full Review

“Health and safety parcel to family in China”

Signed and tracked with Royal mail, what a joke. On the 26th of January i paid for a parcel shipment to my family in China on 5-7 day delivery which included only face masks to protect them against the new corona virus, this parcel was addressed to a place in Sichuan province which is nowhere near the epicenter of the corona virus. lost £400.00 value brand new Samsung S4 was sent to wrong country Maldives instead of Seychelles can't even see any resemble at least it could be MALDIVES FOR MADRID it sound little similar but not MALDIVES AND SEYCHELLES.

Now I have to wait 90 days for investigation while I informed Royal mail the very first day I saw the problem and I was told to wait 25 days what a hell if you have already seen the problem why you don't contact Maldives post and tell them return the parcel????
why wait to be lost forever then start investigation £400 lost and I was told they can only pay what you have chosen from compensation and they don't cover mobile phone.
share was up and profit was up recently for illegal un ethical activities like this so stupid

I used this service to send a package to Nigeria. I was told that I could only track the parcel until it left the UK and it would arrive at it's destination within 5 to 9 working days. However I discovered that if I put my tracking number into the local Nigerian postal services track and trace website I could still keep tabs on it until it reached it's destination safely within 6 working days. i got one too why couldnt they just post it back to us with a notice saying its prohibited after all they are the postal service.you can post it to some one else in the uk and thats ok so why cant they return it im nearly £50 out of pocket and aint letting it go there are no signs warnings posters nothing to warn you even the p.o master didnt ask what i was posting abroad they should of asked if they knew not very happy.

I am yet to get a proof of signature from this service particularly after paying a ridiculous internationally uncompetitive postal price for a tiny 784g packet (a ridiculous £10.46) and several other packages sent.

I had to get proof of a receipt via a website that allows you to enter tracking details from 100 countries and give full tracking details for you.

I thought 4 weeks would be sufficient time for the tracking details to be updated… Read Full Review

However we recently discovered that you are not actually getting proof of signature!
