Bought the car from car giant very easy and staff very friendly and useful. I went there, looked at the cars, test drive pay and get the car. Great car well worth for money. Recommend to everyone. I like the fact that we can select the car and buy it just like supermarket. Natchanok Daly

Our finance deal didnt come through as quickly as we hoped but we had left a deposit on the car we had hoped to buy. We left several messages for the car salesman to get back in touch to let us know what was happening only to find that he had sold the car but hadn't told us. We had to travel back to Southampton to get our deposit refunded. I have to say based on my experience I would not use Car Giant again or recommend them.

Yes they are very selfish people, not cooperative in any case.

Wow, 6 years later and it seems that CG is getting worse! How are they still trading?! Put simply, Car Giant is the most disagreeable company (by a significant margin) i've had the mispleasure to deal with. I'd advise anyone to shop elsewhere to significantly avoid risk of getting your fingers burned buying a new motor.
