I found the staff member extremely helpful, able to give me the answers to my queries to the policy I had chosen. They checked on garden sheds and the issue of time/period of time home left empty during any vacations. The staff are wonderful but trying to get through the massive amounts of "press (Number) to do whatever?" and if you miss the list it does not repeat its terrible and frustrating its also not very clear it should just say if you need to talk to someone about a problem with your claim as well...and include a press 0 to talk to someone who might help you get to were you want to be...in total i pressed about 6 numbers to get it wrong! I didn't have even have to put all my payment details back in. Although one call could not match the lower quotes, they offered me a significant discount for being a loyal customer. Having tonight and spoke via the chat line about changing my car insurance from my old car to a newer car. After waiting around 20 minutes I was told that I was unable to transfer and given a number to ring.2 things when I phoned the number I was told that it was the claim line and customer service closed at 5.30 (got through to the chat line at 6.30 ????) having been recommended, I am happy with the price and product so far. however, getting through to speak to a customer advisor is a nightmare, long queues and very annoying music whilst waiting. i did get through after 25 minutes to be told not in the right department, transferred to another queue waiting another 15 minutes, then eventually got through to be told they where also wrong person I needed to speak to, transferred again for another 15 minute wait.
