Jumpline Is Real Good Web Host!

I've been with Jumpline since May, 2013 and they have been amazing, they stay competitive and are always increasing their site space and offerings at to extra cost to me. The best thing is customer support, any question you have will be answered within 10 minutes.

The price is very reasonable compared to other hosts I've seen. I also just opened another site with them and I got a nice discount on that for already having another account with them so I thought that was nice. As for customer support I absolutely love it.

I would strongly recommend Jumpline to anyone who is looking for a good hosting company. Currently we are hosting 5 sites with them and have nothing but good things to say.

Shambles Do Not Use

Jumpline took over 100 Meg's web hosting and that's where it all went wrong.

Their customer service is now appalling, they are rude, don't answer any questions directly and tech support is almost pointless.

They also over charged me one month and when u requested a refund they said "no refunds" IT WAS YOUR FAULT!!!!!

Lots of their control panel options don't work and service is generally poor.

Unfortunately the company they took over (100mwh) were superb but they have killed their reputation in only a few months.

After being a customer before the takeover for over 7 years + I have now closed all my sites down and moved them somewhere else and have also closed down my VPS server with them.

I would very much love to see this company fail as it will serve them right!
