You can phone Optical Mail Order and talk to a live optician, who will give you sound advice, and will also tell you if he can't supply over the net. I wanted varifocals and he told me he could not supply first time varifocal users over the net. I ordered a pair of normal sunsitive glasses and the quality and delivery was excellent. Can thoroughly recommend this company. Easy to use site, nice people at the end of the phone. Quality and price of specs excellent.
