this boiler is rubbish always breaking down no heating no water for 5 years problem ongoing wished we kept away from this boiler not worth any rating and £3000 money.

“from day has not worked propley”

heating does not come on when it should, no hot water to fill up a bath, so we have to keep on having showers would not recoremend to anyone we have had loads off problems including exploding pipes plenty have leeking pipes this boiler is a nightmare

“2 years old and sky high CO”

After both the first and 2nd service the CO is sky high and they refuse to fix it

Takes about 1-2 mins to produce hot water so when you're washing your hands half the time you turn off the tap before it even heats up.

PCB failed 6 months ago and cost £200 to replace just after the 3yr gaurantee.
Keeps producing an error code 133 (the manual says gas supply problem) but works ok when it is reset or switched off for a few minutes. This happens around 10-20 times per year so far. My inlaws have had a Valiant boiler for past 4 years with no probs at all and instant hot water.
