I am absolutely delighted with the car I bought from Vauxhall Chesterfield and I would like to say thank you. Due to a national shortage of second hand automatic cars and a shortage of drivers the process was slower and more frustrating than I expected. However, patience has paid off. “AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!”

Chesterfield Vauxhall. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! 3 months on & I still have unresolved issues with my vehicle. A faulty heated windscreen (identified on the day I drove away), promised to be fixed and still waiting. Car pulling to one side......had to have a different garage take a look to tell me what's wrong. But nobody at Bristol Street Motors cares, just running down my warranty. “Sold me a car with a mileage discrepancy”

Brought a renault scenic in 2009 it was an 04 plate. Have decided to attempt to sell the car after a series of rediculous electrical faults only to find from a VOSA check that the mileage has been altered several times. I am sure that the dealer would have been aware of this and that it would make resale very difficult, I am disappointed by their dishonesty. I cannot fault in any way the service I have recently received from Bristol Street Motors in Chesterfield. The new car sales team were fantastic, there was nothing too much trouble for them and having shopped around many dealers in the Midlands area for a new Corsa their service was second to non.
