“Not the best”

The company were late picking us up from the holiday inn ariel. the representative was rude not communicating and very hard to understand even though we were english. coming back we felt that we were not treated as VIP although that was the package we bought.the whole package was not VIP and i do not recommend this site at all.We could book a much more professional service for the price we paid… Read Full Review

Hi,

I am sorry and surprised to read you were not happy with the service you received. This is the first we have heard of your dissatisfaction - it is a shame you did not contact our customer care team first to give us the opportunity to explore fully. We do email customers shortly after their return to the UK requesting feedback so if you would be so kind as to respond to that email so we can understand the circumstances fully to give us the chance to improve where possible. However please note we did receive a call from yourselves stating you expected a full works valet to be carried out on your vehicle, at no point during the booking process do we mention a valet for customers vehicles. It therefore appears you may have booked this service expecting it to be something it is not or as you have not used the service previously, you may not be familiar with the crucial procedures we require you to follow in order for the service to run as smoothly as possible.

As a company that always strives to maintain the very highest standards, we never like to hear of a customer having issues with any aspect of our service, and we are not the sort of company to just accept cases such as yours and move on as if nothing happened. We always like to address any issues as this helps us to constantly improve in any way we can.

We have been offering our chauffeur parking service in conjunction with The Holiday Inn Ariel for nearly 3 years now and the reaction has been fantastic with customers enjoying the service and the great value for money.

Having checked our system, I can find no email correspondence between us in relation to the issues you had. We would therefore very much appreciate some feedback on the service and details of the issues you experienced. Please email with your feedback and we will be happy to look into what happened for your booking.
