Have used purple parking many times and their partners have always delivered excellent service. BUT I was referred to ICAN birmingham airport parking and I am surprised purple parking continue to use them as the service is a chaotic shambles. Beer Bottles and litter were spread around the car park. I arrived at time suggested 90 mins before departure at 5 am and I did not get on a mini bus until 5.40 and arrived at airport just after 6 am and nearly missed my flight. There was no sense of order or urgency with chaotic boarding and staff who did not appear to know what they were doing. There were not enough minibuses which only hold 9 people- and buses left leaving with people waiting for the next or the one after that! On the way to the airport there was a further delay when bus pulled into lay-bye and changed drivers with painful slowness unconcerned that people were in danger of missing flights! Most passengers were looking at google maps and panicking at eta. I and purple parking made an error in choosing ICAN and IWONT in the future. Others said they would not use them again. They were cheap but I will not make the same mistake again.
