We booked with Diamond for our xmas break from Gatwick. After I booked I read this site for review, and must admit I was worried about it. We carried on anyway, met at airport to take both cars,(two family trip)had a walk round checked the mileage together etc, off we went.
Returned two weeks later made the calls and hey presto both cars turned up bang on as promised, soon as walked out the terminal they arrived. All mileage was no more than taking it to and fro to car park (wherever that is?)

After booking with Diamond Parking Services I went on to check the reviews something which I should of done prior to booking I called them up and had a long chat with the young lady in the office who had reassured me and was most helpful and polit she also offered me a refund minus the booking fee but I thought as it was a last minute booking and travelling the following day I went ahead with the boooking......... I had the most pleasent experiance with Diamond Parking I followed the procedure they advised me of and once arrived at the airport the chauffer was there waiting I was then assisted with my luggage out of my vehicle and I went round the vehicle and we both noted down the mileage on our documents...........upon returning I was able to check the vehicle and the mileage and I was also suprised to have had my vehicle sprayed down as a genreal quick wash I was most satisfied with the service and have recommended it to all my business associates.

First time we've used a meet and greet service, and our experience was great. The staff we're polite and pleasant, and on time. May be not as smart and efficient looking as some of the other ones but cannot fault the service. Would recommend and use again.

I had my reservations with reading a lot of comments on the meet and greet service. I booked with Diamond amd everything went like clockwork. would definately use them again. Once i phoned them at baggage i waited about 5 mins once outside. good communication throughout and you can contact them to via mobile or landline.

This was our 3rd experience of using Diamond Parking Meet and Greet. We had previously had a problem on our return journey. I was a little reluctant to use them again but, was delighted with their service on both the outward and return journey this time. Will use them in the future.

Had arranged pickup at 8.45am at Gatwick, however as arrived early at 7.45am I called them about 7.20am that will be early. They mentioned that as they are very busy will have to wait until the meeting time. However they called me at 8.00am and said can pickup 8.15am and they did, which was great! Also I paid extra for priority service, so when arrived back, got car back within 10 min of clearing from baggage and customs, as they said my car was already on airport. Again with children, that is EXCELLENT! Excellent value for money and worth paying £8 extra for priority service and it still works out very cheap.
