Been using Nublue for some years now for our webhosting. Customer service is excellent, always quick, knowledgeable and problem fixed. What more do you need? I can't praise NuBlue enough, they talk to me in English and they sort it out - FAST. I run a Magento E-Commerce site and I was swimming in soup when I first started out, but the guys in support helped even when I messed up big time - and I did. I would recommend them to anyone. Considering what we pay per month for their service and that most of the issues are caused by us, their patience, detailed responses and attention care is amazing. We have been working with NuBlue now for some years and would highly recommend them. Our experience with other hosting and internet service providers has been that when you need support there is no one to ring and you are left waiting for days for someone to read and respond to your support ticket, normally with an automated response that doesn't even answer your querie. These guys really know what they're doing. The servers never have any trouble; although the backend doesn't have all the crazy bells and whistles other competitors brag about, everything I've needed has just worked. Setting up email?
