My son purchased tickets without my consent. I was very worried as all sales are final. The fraud dept. helped out the best they could. Refunding the service charge and helping me post the tickets back for sale on their website.

My personal experience with Vivid Seat's customer service representatives has been far above average. They were easy to contact, attentive, and followed up effectively in a timely manner. To try and help me resolve my problem, Vivid Seat's customer service reps repeatedly made an effort to contact outside sources for additional information, and were active in keeping me updated. Throughout the process, they remained engaged and helpful, and overall it was a very positive customer service interaction.

I found your website to be very user friendly. That says alot coming from me, a senior citizen, who is not computer savvy. I had a few questions and decided to contact Vivid Tickets. The customer service experience was excellent! The customer service rep was patient, very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions...so completely...that I purchased 3 tickets with him. I will certainly re-visit Vivid Tickets in the future.

Was wanting to purchase tickets and was a bit worried online since I'm from Canada and it didn't show up a province, only states. Called and he was more than helpful and looked up a bunch of tickets for me and described seating view. Tickets should only be two days hard tickets ( my order can be different than others) but worse comes to worse, I'll have hard copies in my hand if needed to sell.

I chose to work with VIVIDSEATS via a phone call. The person on the phone was very helpful in finding the tickets that would work for me. My only concern at this time is about actually receiving the tickets prior to the event. If all that works out, I would recommend using this process to others.

I went online to order tickets for the upcoming Luke Bryan concert, after calling a few other sites was so happy to actually reach a person...on a Sunday! Joy was very helpful, I didnt feel rushed she answered my questions, I ordered 2 tickets for the concert and was asking about parking, some parking was free she advised me on vip parking and put the package together. Concerts tomorrow cant wait! ORDER NUMBER 1048394

I had trouble getting the correct information to this agency due to a misunderstanding on the web page. They noticed this and sent me an e-mail asking me to reorder. I liked this gesture! I then telephoned the toll free number and the agent straightened it all out to which I am grateful and delighted. I then ordered the tickets and their fast service says the tickets are in transit already. wow!

i like how the process was fast and easy, also how the tickets get to my email fairly fast and the security on the tickets. i also like how the service representative goes into detail about the tickets and to verify my account information on both my email and my vivid seats account. Very good service that i would definitely recommend to a friend. i will most likely use this website again when i would like to purchase tickets to the next event I want to go to.

I was looking at several sites online to see who had the best price and yours was the best seat for the money. Wasn't sure yet so I left the site once I saw what the extra costs were and was surprised to get an email offering $20 discount if I completed the transaction. Here's my niggly complaints. Discount only applies to sales of over $200 - mine was just shy Couldn't complete the transaction online because although it accepted ON as a state, being from Canada, I don't have a zip code so I had to call to make the transaction.Delivery option wasn't available because I lived in Canada so I had to pay more. Great guy on the phone though and he made it worth the trouble. So my suggestions are maybe recognizing your Canadian customers and include the option for postal code and delivery method. Spell out the costs

I bought tickets to a Reds/Giants game for 7/4/13 which got rained out. I understood the Company's policy of them giving me tickets to the make up game but also knew that the Giants were not coming back to Cincinnati this year. They have since scheduled the game to be made up in San Francisco but before the ruling they called and agreed to refund my money which was in my opinion the right thing to do, it took a few conversations which I understand this situation was a unique one but should have been moved up to someone in a higher position faster than it was, and I am afraid that if I hadn't wrote a negative review it would have not got resolved or at lease not as quickly. The bottom line was they did reach out to me and make things right so I felt compelled to respond with a positive review and since they did treat me like a valued customer I will purchase tickets through vivid seats again. I like the website layout, the fact that you can see pretty much exactly where you will be sitting. I called and ordered my tickets and was very pleased with the advisor. They made everything easy. I have reccomended your website to a friend. The only thing that I didn't like, was that there was a service fee for every ticket I bought. They were able to knock off a little bit for me, which was nice. Any upcoming events that we decide to go to, we will most definitely use Vivid Seats. We are looking forward to the game we will be attending. Thank you.
