I just bought tickets for TSO and it wasn't cheap. I Bought tickets that were downloadable so why would I be charged a delivery fee? I understand the tickets were delivered to my computer. NO gas or paying for someones time. The customer service rep told me they couldn't change fees as it varied with each event. Please be wary if you buy tickets to check out your delivery fee I was charged 20$ to print out from my home. “Prepare to wait”

When selling tickets be prepared to wait two weeks from the delivery date to have the money credited to your paypal account. Other sites return the funds within 5 calendar days to paypal accounts. This is verified on their website.....7-10 business days is the timeframe for credits. This is unacceptable to me. Won't use them in the future for selling… Read Full Review

I was very surprised and disappointed with my fussy experience with vividseats. Beware of service fees!! My once a year mother daughter football game, has now turned into a nightmare. I've never been charged a fee of $145.54 for two tickets. Immediately after purchasing I spoke to customer service to be told all sites had similar fees. ordered tickets. was told would be in hand by a certain date. Called a week after date and asked agent to look into problem. Was told he would call back shortly. Never called back. Called again. The young lady not only located my tickets in 15 minutes but sent them to me overnight. why didn't the first guy do his job and resolve the problem? I've used other websites to order tickets and I've never had trouble. However when I came to Vivid's website I ordered 4 tix to a L.A. Dodger game. Worked the website for about an hour trying to get two tickets for Pink, couldn't make it come out, select tickets no longer available, trying to make me buy 4 instead of 2 and no way to change it. Gave up and called the 866 number, had a short wait and a very nice person named Benji helped me. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Your agent was very good. One item that I didn,t understand. I asked for a pair of tickets on two succesive days. We wanted to try a different area on the second day. I was told I had to take the same two seats on the second day also. The seller was one in the same for both days. Why would the seller stipulate that these TWO SETS of tickets, on consecutive days, have to be sold to the same persons? very fast to ship. I will give them that. Bought tickets to Buffalo Bills game, then i look a week afterwards and find better tickets than mine for $25 bucks cheaper a ticket for Section 111. I am in Section 113. Section 111 was shown as priced even higher on Vivid website. Yet going to competitors website, i could have bought those same "high priced tickets" for less. I ordered tickets for a same day NFL game. Ordered them by phone at 1:00 for a 4:00 game. The customer service rep was very nice and handled everything professionally and quickly. I asked how I would receive my tickets and he said either by email or at will call at the stadium. “Buyer Beware of High Service Fees”

Website was easy to use. Tickets purchased were reasonable. However, the service fee for the tickets was way out of line. I did speak with management and they reduced it by 50%, so with that in mind they did me a favor for sure as I had purchased 8 tickets with each one being charged $50.00. Ouch!
