This company will never give you refund. Show can be rescheduled 10 times and you will not get your money back. You would need to adjust to new schedule. Make sure you understand return policy or even dont deal with vivid seats. Better companies out there. I Do not recommend… Read Full Review

“Cluelessness in Business”

Shipper did not do their job at several levels. Vivid would not intercede and advocate for customer. Vivid would not take care of the issue without an extra charge to customer. Apparently, Vivid is not up to snuff on modern day technology. Dealing with Vivid, even though the person I spoke with tried very hard to help but management nixed all the ideas (and there were many), became a black hole of time sucked in and wasted. I purchased concert tickets four months prior to my concert date. I received a confirmation email and an email telling what day to expect my tickets to be shipped during the month of my concert (actually 2 weeks before my concert). “Keep Shopping...Not Enough Information”

Other online ticket sale companies are more transparent. Heavily overpriced for tickets. Search other vendors, use them as last resort. I was charged almost 3x amount of actual tickets for event. I was unable to determine if I paid for good seats. They listed "zone seating" which is not okay considering the mark-up you have to pay. Vivid said the tickets would be picked up at a Casino in Vegas. I thought this meant the Casino had tickets that were available. I purchased the tickets only to be told to pick them up on the corner at a Walgreens near the stadium. Had I known this I would have never purchased the tickets. I purchased tickets on-line through vivid seats months ahead of the event. The event is tomorrow and I still have not rec'd my tickets!!! Thre emails and 1 phone call so far with no answers except "we are working on it!" Come on...this should not be this hard!!! “Overpriced-Service fee suprise”

I bought 3 tickets to see John Edwards in San Diego for $265 each with a face value of $150. Then I look at my receipt and I have a $197 service fee along with my fed ex expense because this tickets won't be available until 4 days before the event. I thought the event had been sold out and I needed to find another source but now I see I could have gotten my tickets for $150 from John Edwards Website. At the time I purchased Stevie Wonder tickets, the closest venue for me in Los Angeles would have been in Oakland or Las Vegas. So, I paid almost $600 for two tickets in Oakland. Over one month later, Stevie Wonder's tour announced they would also be playing in Los Angeles at The Forum. “Vivid Seats -No disclosure of exacts seats”

The problem I see with Vivid is you cannot tell exactly were your seat is until you purchase it. This is unlike stub hub which discloses the exact seat prior to purchase. I purchased seats for Jason Aldean in Albuquerque in the front left section hoping the seats were not at the very end of the row, which is were they turned out to be. I wish I would have done a little more research on the Nascar tickets I purchased. This site was recommended to me to order from. Once I ordered the tickets I found out I had paid about $400 to much. The little fine print discloser on the bottom does say you are paying above face value for the tickets if you read it, but I figured a little difference was ok but not a$100 per person difference. I understand the business model is to make money and to get your name at the top of internet search results. But paying two and a half times more for tickets that are still available from the original ticket outlet that didn't show up in the google search for ticket outlets and then refusing to refund the tickets with exorbitant extra fees only hours, overnight, after realizing my ticket search mistake, has me offended. I thought I had done a great job finding cheap opening day tickets with Club seats in the second row. Instead, I quickly got a call back from a VividSeats representative stating that the tickets were a misprint and were in the fifth row. "No Big Deal," I replied. Whats 3 rows? After an online chat about the "special delivery" method, the rep called me directly to book the ticket for me. After explaining the ticket was $32 and the special delivery was $14.95. I gave her the credit card number and she provided the confirmation and said she will send more info via email (and did).
